Maybe they are readjusting the store, maybe the first employee that I asked was green, but the first guy sent me in the wrong direction. A second employee knew exactly where I needed to go. 4 out of 5 for confusion, otherwise a great experience!

I walked in and saw a promotion for Milwaukee tools that’s spend like $148 and get a pack out case for $1. So I wait a while as I watch like 4 workers pass me. Then I ask the pro workers if they can open a case for me, the case was right infront of them and they had to radio someone over. I wait a while. A man comes over and I ask him about the promotion, he says he has no clue about it and has to go find someone. Never came back and never found someone. I ask someone else and he gave me attitude when I asked him for help saying he is doing something. He ended up opening the case. Then I was looking at batteries for a while when a worker came over and said how can I help you. I asked when I buy a battery where can I find a charger, he said he has no clue and had to get someone. I waited for 10mins and saw him walking with another worker in the opposite direction helping someone else. I lest the store and will never be back. I feel at this point they just hire people because they feel bad. None of the workers knew about the promotion that’s been up for a month now and no one knows anything about there job. It’s pathetic and I will be going to the one in Trexlertown now because this isn’t the first time that I have trouble just looking for help with something small.

Poor customer service at this location. Go to Whitehall or Bethlehem instead where they work with customers.
