Michael compared our plans thoroughly pointed out coverage that State Farm could provide that we weren’t getting with our current carrier. He answered all our questioned we never felt rushed and was very honest. State Farm is saving us over 1,000 a year with better coverage and a more personal experience. I was with my other agent for over 40 years but all I was was a yearly check he never took the time Mike did to analyze our coverage to see what our true needs were.
