I’m not one to typically write reviews unless I feel as though a company/person went above and beyond with assisting me and my needs, or if the service was absolutely horrendous and there was no way to justify it that bad.So with that being said; I’d like to shout out and genuinely thank Iasias Martinez for everything you’ve helped me with throughout this year! Each time a mechanic shop screwed me over and didn’t listen to me, you were there to fix it immediately. You were always professional, had prompt and quick response times, made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly so there was no confusion and quite frankly; you kept it real since day 1. So many people sh*t talk this company for their customer service, and frankly I’ve talked to one of their reps on the call center one time: and yes, some of them are indeed horrible and don’t know correct answers. I got blessed that isias was the one “assigned” to me.Just like I said on trustpilot; TO THE HIGHER UPS OF THIS COMPANY, PLEASE, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND HAVE THE MAJORITY OF YOUR STAFF TAKE NOTES ON HOW THIS MAN DOES THINGS! Watch that Google review number soar up with happy customers. You watch.Thank you again for everything Iasias. This has been such a stressful time, but you made sure to do everything you possibly could to make it as easy for me as possible. I appreciate you.

The company representative is very helpful and very knowledgeable. But there needs to be better training on the breathalyzer and how to use it and the breathalyzers give off better directions on the handheld device.

*For intoxalock, not installation service*Expect to be charged the moment it's installed, which you think won't be a big deal. Better hope they get you to actually fill out all the correct paper work. Double check with your DMV. Delayed my process another month but then hope your DMV is competent and not asking for forms already sent. Been getting charged for this thing going on 3 months, late fees cause I can't drive it to get calibrated. Better start your vehicle every day as well as it killed my battery. Now if the remote unlock don't work since I couldn't drive for the calibration, I'll have to get it towed at my expense even though the device already cost me going on $600. Such a scam

So fare just got it in filling like no problems. So good people maybe just braking the system in and taking short trip won't make it worse. Let's try new York and back ?

Worst ignition interlock company out there. They have terrible customer service who are extremely rude and offer no help to you whatsoever and then hang up on you when u ask them a question they dont want to hear. The system has ruined my car. It has fried 2 brand new batteries which I had to pay to replace, it has caused so much damage to the electronics that I have a constant check engine light ever since the system has been installed. I've gotten it looked at multiple times and not a single mechanic can find anything wrong with my car besides the fact that the interlock, YOUR INTERLOCK SYSTEM TO BE EXACT, is installed in my car. I cant even get my car to pass inspection because your system keeps the check engine light on. And when I called to have it removed to so I could have my car fixed they wanted to charge over $400 for removal because of breaching contract. You are the one breaching the contract by not providing a working system

I was extremely disappointed after fightiğht the Wednesday July 3rd traffic for 50 min to arrive on time for a recalibration. With a smile I asked for a recalibration to be told no we cant do it. The reason was they dodnt have any equipment left on site and if they break something while recalibrating my system my car would be stuck in there scary parking lot until Friday or maybe longer (as they pointed to a white carbon there front parkingbarea) like them. I said you must be joking! You dont maintain a inventory of parts in case you brake something on my ridiculously priced equipment. I DROVE 50 min one way to be sent home with a screaming matching say service emediately. My time runs out tomorrow and I must check in St Luke's hospital Friday morning for more testing for the extreme pain in I'm from a nerve hip issue. I said when donyou open? 9:30 am. Okay see you then. Then told call first because not sure when UPS will get here. I am so upset with Intoxalock and A&S instsllations! I rate them both lower then low. They are jeopardizing my probation and my health! Intoxalock sales department never shared the extreme additional changed they charge for things unrelated charges the state has no concern about. Like 80.00 because my battery died. 80.00 for eating a energy bar or pizza or sugar free candy. And they let anyone represent them without maintaining a inventory of equipment standing you for days in case they break something. And I'd never ever recommed A&S for maintaining unprofessional inventory.
