Horrible dealership for service work. After thousands of dollars on a 2017 with 36,000 miles which started two years ago 21 days out of warranty my car is still not fixed and not able to be driven!

Giving Bennet a middle of the road review. We purchased a used certified vehicle from them. Communication leading up to visit was excellent , sales rep Michael was excellent. We decided to finance with them which was a disaster . Not only are their rates ridiculous (with excellent credit ) but their financing tactics are borderline illegal. I declined additional packages and coverages and was forced to accept them later to find out they were optional. They financed the wrong sales price of the car and I have paid extra interest while it has taken the dealership 3 months to process the refund to the bank. In the meantime my vehicle required service and the wait time for an appt with loaner was 2 months out. Once my appt arrived we were treated wonderfully and kept in the loop with the service status and were returned a serviced, cleaned car. Their vehicles basically sell themselves but I'd be cautious of the financing and prepared for a wait on service.

Randy Kuntz from the Collision was as great as you could expect.Called and communicated as much any service transaction I'v e ever had with an automotive group. When buying a luxury vehicle, a luxury experience is expected and that’s exactly what’s received. Every contact made me feel special and that my vehicle was in n good hands.

I was taking my kids out, and my car got over heated. No other place wanted to deal with my fan but thanks to Desine Alvaro and her mechanic who dealt with it very quickly with no charge!

I didn’t purchase my car from this location so whenever I have to use the service department I feel unwelcome. When I came in the service department to drop car off, there were 3 reps there and they weren’t working with anyone, but none of them ask if I needed help. So after standing there for a few minutes I asked if someone could help me. I dropped car off on Tuesday finally heard from them on Thursday that my car would be looked at on Friday. I’ve had a problem with the AC on my car since day one. The problem would reoccur periodically but never got resolved. The car is 4 years old but out of warranty. On this occasion I let them know the AC is blowing hot air. After 1 hour of diagnostics they were unable to determine the basics of wether or not it needed Freon and asked if I would authorize 2 more hours of diagnostics at $225 an hour. Then I would be charged additionally for the repairs. You would think they would start with replacing the Freon first. I plan on taking it to another location as I have had to do in the past, it’s unfortunate since this location is 5 minutes from my home. When I came to pick up my car the low tire pressure light was on so I had add to put air in my tire myself before leaving the dealership.

I had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. I bought a bmw X5 with 64k miles and after four months and 4k miles I got oil leaking from all over the engine. Assuming this can happen, I'm very frustrated and disappointed by their way of handling the problem (or ignoring). I reached out to them multiple times and they suggested me to go somewhere else because their rate are very high (200$/h). I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

Drop my car off for a 50k service appointment and airbag light on Monday at 1pm and they did not inspect the car until 5pm next day and did not give the report until Thursday. Horrible communication and lack of follow up on service appointments and work progress. I do not recommend Jaguar service department to nobody. Extremely short staffed with techs and service personnel.

Terrible customer service! I came to buy a car and got a major attitude from Phill Euston. I have no idea what is the problem of this guy. Very arrogant, talking down on people, and have no empathy. I could feel he is so mean. I left the place while I felt so insulted and I surely not going to give my business to this place. I recommend you look elsewhere, where the representative appreciate your money. What a j@rk!

Great vehicle, but worst dealership from customer service prospective especially related to their service department.I have purchased my Jaguar from this dealership a couple of years back. It's time for annual service, and I have been trying to schedule that in, but scheduler can't schedule me in since I would need a loaner. I was told that the Service manager would call me, but no one return the call. nothing unusual though, during Covid their excuses was that they had limited staff, but what is their excuse now.Whereas here is my experience at Mercedes dealership in Allentown as I also own one. I recently got the service done. They were prompt with scheduling as I got my appointment within 48 hours. Also, they provided me option to pick up/drop off my vehicle, give me a ride, so I didn't have to wait their for hours.Too bad that the ultimate looser will be be Jaguar/Ranger rover company as I still love the vehicle.

Have a 2009 xf check engine light on left it with them for service $2100 later changed hoses and some wires check engine light still on. Took it to another mechanic put it on the machine it had 8 miss fires got a tuneup and check engine light has not been on since. Jaguar Did not take the time with me gave me a loaner for a week and check engine light was still on they told me it was the mass airflow replaced it drove 20 miles light back on.
