Kallarny the store manager was an amazing lady who helped me throughout the process and made sure that my purchase was processed smoothly. Her and Carly are so nice and professional!

“I recently went to AD to have a piece of jewelry tested. Other gold buyers wanted to file and scratch my jewelry to test the shavings with acid, but AD offered X-Ray testing which does zero harm and is the most accurate & effective testing method worldwide. Using XRF technology, we were able to determine both composition and purity. Why even visit other gold buyers who damage your coins & jewelry for the sake of testing only to offer you unfair prices? AD won’t devalue your pieces like that. This place appears to be a single man operation, which means less paychecks he has to cut, which in turn means a better deal for customers. AD was about 30 miles away from me and well worth the drive. AD gets right to the point with expert knowledge, good vibes, and professional etiquette. I believe he also has a unique inventory of gold and silver. If you want something specific all you need to do is ask and he will gladly bring out what he has to match. I felt super safe there with my jewelry. The building is very secure. The owner is a nice guy and all, but I can tell he’s well prepared to protect his fortress.. It definitely isn’t some skeevy pawn shop. It’s a good place to go to sell / trade / buy precious metals.”

If they can't help you, they can't help you it's just business and shouldn't be taken personally! The manager/owner (I'm assuming) was extremely kind and personable and overall a great help!
Overall, it is a lot better than other pawn shops I have been to in the past within this area. Especially in terms of customer service, they treat you like a friend or family. Many other places in this area treat you like you are an inconvenience to have come in the first place!
