Suzanne is the nicest and most helpful person I have encountered in the wedding dress industry. She special ordered a sample dress for me just so I could see my dream dress in a bigger size. She makes you feel confident and at ease during your appointment and she really knows her stuff! I will recommend her to everyone! 10/10

Suzanne was amazing to work with! She has beautiful gowns and had just what I was looking for within my budget. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly! I also got my bridesmaids dresses there too and they were such a comfortable and nice fabric and color. I couldn't have asked for a better experience picking out dresses!

Words cannot express how beautiful the experience I had buying my wedding dress here. I am a plus size bride (Size 18) and when I walked in I was so nervous there wouldnt be anything for me to try on. BUT whoa, Suzanne had the perfect amount for me to try on. The first thing she said to me when I told her I was nervous she didn’t have anything for me she told me about a dress that she discontinued that was on sale for $500 that she thinks will fit me like a glove and guess what, that’s the dress I bought! There was another dress that was $1,000 more than the one I bought, and she could’ve easily influenced me to get it, but instead she said that originally almost $2,000 dress on sale for $500 was a way better deal and looks even more beautiful than the full price $1,500 one. What an awesome, kind and honest human being Suzanne is. She was so professional, kind and just a person I loved being around. She made my family and friends so comfortable.
We finished off the most perfect day with Suzanne’s recommendation of going next door to have dinner at Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine. Man oh man, what a wonderful 10/10 day I had. So thankful for my experience with Suzanne!

I wish I could give no stars, but I had to give this review to warn others.
I was fooled at first with the excitement of dress shopping and trying to have a positive experience, but once I saw how rude Suzanne was towards my mother and mother-in-law to be, I wanted out. Suzanne was pushy, rude, and condescending and I felt that I had no way out of her shop! Even when I tried to change my demeanor and act done with the process, she’d put in another dress. And if you have questions, be prepared for snarky comebacks and a hand, yes a hand, in your face to literally stop you from talking and make a rude comment back.
I would not recommend this place, and I will tell anyone who asks me about this place to be ready to not ask any questions unless they want to be practically scolded, be ready for dirty looks towards anyone dress shopping with them, and be ready for no communication when it comes to changing into dresses…

I had the best experience here looking for a MOB dress. Suzanne was so helpful and knowledgeable. The personal treatment was by far the best I have had looking for this dress. If I could give more stars I would.

I had the most AMAZING experience (twice) at this bridal boutique. I was extremely welcomed, as well as my son, the first time trying on. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing, I was given a huge variety and range, the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I went there twice and both times were the best experiences I could ask for. She makes it feel very personal and like she actually cares about your big day, no matter how big or small! I would recommend this store to anybody. Thank you SO much for helping me (unexpectedly) find my dream wedding dress! 1000000/10 experience

Suzanne was amazing! She immediately knew which gown I’d love. She did my hair and everything so I could get the full idea when trying on the dress. Flexibility with appointment times. All around wonderful experience!

A very disappointing and stressful experience for my daughter. The staff was curt, bordering on rude, and pessimistic about my daughter finding a dress in her price-range. Although, I told them our budget on the phone and I was assured that they had dresses that would work, we were only shown 2 dresses in that range. When my daughter found one dress that she liked (but didn't love), Suzanne did offer us a very good deal on it... but then went on to say that she was offering it to us at such a huge discount that she was already wondering how she was going to make up the financial loss to herself. I found this to be a very unprofessional and condescending thing to say. If you can't afford to sell a dress at that price, don't offer it. But don't make the poor bride feel indebted to you for your generosity. My daughter was so stressed and discouraged by the time we left. We went 10 minutes up the road to Sue Ames Bridal Outlet instead and had the complete opposite experience. Nadia was friendly, understanding, and accommodating. My daughter instantly relaxed. She tried on several dresses, laughed and had fun. And she found a dress she liked 10 times better than anything at Jon's Bridal. Maybe if you have thousands to spend on your gown they treat you differently, but really, no bride should be made to feel that her budget and her dreams are hopeless and an imposition.

Very cold atmosphere. Had an unhelpful and awkward experience. Dresses were lovely but the women in charge were condescending and unwilling to work with budget. Would definitely not recommend.

I had SUCH a lovely experience getting my dress here. Not only was my dress affordable for the quality, especially compared to other bridal stores, but she helped me find the perfect dress for my vision so easily. I had gone to other bridal shops before, but here I only had to try on 5 dresses to find the one, and knew instantly. The experience was stress-free, smooth, and enjoyable. And my dress was all that I could have hoped for! I even ordered my veil a little late for my date, and it still came in without issue in time.

Went in with some general guidelines and measurements. She pulled a dress from the back that fit me PERFECTLY and I wound up purchasing it the same day as my wedding dress. Suzanne is humorous, fun, thoughtful and has an incredible eye for matching style no matter your body type!

Amazing! I was on a serious budget and had very little time to find a dress, after the one I purchased online was a disappointment. Suzanne fit me in as soon as possible and found me a perfect dress in no time, well within my budget. Wish I'd never bought one online in the first place and had gone straight to Suzanne! Highly, highly recommend.

We stumbled upon Jon's Bridal after a random Google search, and I am so very glad that we did! Suzanne (and Roxy) made time for us, had a few selections picked out by the time we got there, immediately picked up on the bride's (my future daughter-in-law) style, rolled with our vibe (laughed & joked) made us super comfortable, gave a shockingly amazing price on her entire ensemble, and just made the entire visit a beautiful and memorable experience! They're invited to the wedding and have gained 7 new customers. Highly recommend them!
