The staff friendly..but evertime she did my taxes any walk in she stopped was doing to attend them ..she made mad mistakes on my refund ..mind you I am ok as long as I don't have to pay ..went to my old account person and got a bigger refund

I never been to Liberty tax till now and Adrien was great she worked with me with pricing and it was cheaper then any other tax office I also got my refund fast. Thank you you gained a new client for life.

Better off going to turbo tax, lady pocketed $500 I could have gotten from turbo taxes. On top of it, now It’s harder to efile now because I went to this joke place last year.

Don’t do your taxes here worse tax place I have ever dealt with! Extremely unprofessional and a big lack of taking responsibility for messing up tax returns they won’t call you back to fix their mistakes you can make tons of online appointments and no one‘s there unless they think you’re going in to file your taxes you won’t get a return call Worst headache ever! Never will I make that mistake again H&R Block I will go to from now on
