The staff is exceptional, professional, courteous, and nice, going above and beyond to help customers every step of the way. The store also does a good job on custom cakes that make families very happy. While prices have gone up, good deals can still be found. The cafeteria, however, has a downfall, as it sometimes lacks diet sugar for diabetic people and creamer, needing to be more professional.
