Had a my rear sub frame done do to a recall car was unsafe to drive and I didn't get a rental ... but a day later a friend mine that has same car.. and he has same problem took his car inn and got a rental... I spent over for hundred dollars just to get to work late every day ? not trust Worthy smh

Since 2005, I have come to this dealership for service. I've received nothing but outstanding service from Rick and his crew! Everytime I go for either service or yearly inspections, they keep my car running like it's brand new...on top of it, you leave this place with a car that looks like it's been waxed. A joyous site because in this weather, it's a challenge to get washed. I have to say, it's been nothing but a great experience, the last 19 years. This is coming from a person who rarely had service visit that was positive. Having owned a Cadillac which I loved, and several other brands that were not high end cars, unfortunately anytime I walked in the door, I rarely left without dropping a minimum of $500 plus, and that was 35 + years ago. That hurt. On top of it, the zero trust factor in the other brands service departments, were the worst. I never went without the feeling of dread, to any car appointment for service or inspection. On top of it, they have a hotel type lounge, for people who want to wait for their cars. With an amazing coffee machine, and any snack or pastry imaginable!If I'm not mistaken it may have been one of the first places, we had ever seen a waiting area for their customers, that was as tastefully set up as this one was! It was so nice to meet John for the first time. Impeccable service, as always. I haven't waited at the dealership for a very long time, and your renovated waiting area is even more inviting and fabulous. We've been customers for well over 20 years. That alone says a lot!

I bought my first Audi at Knopf from Donato, so I’ve been coming to this dealership for many years. Bought other vehicles from other dealerships but was there yesterday for an A service for convenience of location as my past service experiences were not conducive to returning. However, yesterday’s service experience was pleasantly memorable. After the appointment and my vehicle was returned to me, I said to myself “they finally got it”. Thanks for the experience, Jonathan.
