Yoan Really Helped Me Out When I Was Stressing About My IPhone Not Working and I Just Spent $669 On It The Same Day. I Came Back The Next Day Because Nothing Would Load Then He Fixed It For Me. Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .

This place sells me a phone a little over a month ago. They put it on a payment plan and tell me I’ll get an email for the payment information. I never received an email, or a letter in the mail. No one ever picks up the phone. The guy who gave me the phone gave me her personal work cell number but never picks up either or responds to texts. He claimed to be the district manager. This is all very unprofessional and he seems completely incompetent.

It says the store closes at 7pm on the window but that's wrong I was there at 6:40 door was locked and the girl saw me standing outside but went right back to the back of the store. I could have went to another location that actually stays open till the time they say if that was the case.

My review has nothing to do with this store it's about MetroPCS corporate, since may they blocked my account from using any card and lie to me saying it's my bank which is B.S! Then I have to drive two hours to pay with my card in the store which actually works but MetroPCS lies and I been a customer since 2008 I'm definitely going to another service because every month they say they will fix it and nothing gets done and I'm tried of it. Well MetroPCS You Just Lost A Loyal Customer!!!!!
