Avoid this place if you can as it is a scam. The store manager refused a phone return after 5 days when the return policy is 14 days. They are the worst place to go to customer service and attitude wise!!!

The worst service ever they do not need to be on Hamilton Street because that is for the public and they have terrible terrible customer service terrible terrible people skills and I don't want to say they racist but they care and talk to you different if your skin is a different color

Worst experience in a phone store I've ever encountered. Allison and that other Spanish lady was beyond rude, with nasty attitudes. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to this store.... They are making the company look bad ??

Well, I went to this place because it was the closest I had and I explained to the girl who was there at that moment so I could fix my cell phone so she could help me and she was very disgusting with the customer and that is not done, they are rude, there is in that local metro PCS store, I hope they pay more attention because with that reputation they are not going to get anywhere. If the client comes up with something, don't come out to the client with rude things, ok. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

HORRIBLE..I asked the young lady if she could change my number and she told me I had to call customer service for that..I said but you were the one who gave me the number in the first place..she then proceeded to tell me that there Was nothing she could do for me and if I didn't leave she was going to call the police on me..I will never go there again..👎👎👎👎👎

Was there this past Saturday and the customer rep named Alli was so rude and didn't even seem interested in helping us or anything. Wanted to get the free upgrade for my husband's phone and she said there are no free upgrades. I also wanted to get a phone for my grandson who's screen got cracked last week. I did, fortunately, have insurance on his phone and it's coming tomorrow. But this woman acted like she couldn't be bothered in helping us or even trying to find a deal for my husband. The man who worked there before was so helpful and accommodating. I had gotten 3 phones there last year and he was very helpful. And when I made the comment about the phone number not working for the store, she said that was not her problem.

This lady was beyond disrespectful. Ignorant takes all shapes these days.She was so bothered to help us and do her job.As we were leaving she called us rude names in Spanish and then followed us out of the door to yell some more.Don't worry Ms thang we will never come back.

There is a girl who is disrespectful and even spoke badly to me. He spoke to me with attitude from the moment I arrived and when I told him that he was going to pay me somewhere else... And that he didn't give me attitude. He told me, do whatever you want, Mr. or Mrs.. And he said it Mr. because of my appearance, knowing that I am a woman. If they have personal problems that don't take them to work????
