I got there before 5 o’clock and the girl that was in there told me that she had closed up for the night. Regardless of how close to 5 o’clock you don’t log out until 5 o’clock. I only had a bill today. The girl would give me her name and had an attitude. I will be by tomorrow and be all the Karen I can be. The girl at the counter also told me that she didn’t have to give me her name and has no customer service skills to speak of.

Had a problem with my phone metro told me to go into the store that they could fix the problem. They told me metro was wrong that they couldn't . And would not bother to contact metro to find out how to do it. Jasmine has 0 customer service skills claims the managers name is private. Called metro and they figured out how to fix it over the phone. They will only take the time to help if your buying something.

The young man that assisted me with adding another phone line and tablet to my assisting acct was very nice and knowledgeable in his work I have a iPhone XS Max and I got another iPhone 8 Plus that I had just gotten but didn’t activate it but I wanted to switch lines make the 8 plus my primary phone and not use the XS max but the Salesman stated he would not suggest Thais because the 8 plus is slower and it’s not a bad phone but to leave it the way I have it now as my XS max is my primary it’s more updated and faster and better picture taken as well

On 7/17/24 I took my mother into the store because she was having trouble with her cellphone, now keep in mind my mother is over 70yrs old and she is not the most patient person: As we walked into the store Santana greeted us as if she knew who we were , she kindly came from behind the counter and spoke with my mother directly about the trouble she was having with her phone, Santana was able to update my moms phone while assisting her other customers, once she was done servicing her other customers she sat with my mom and showed her how to work her phone, and also gave her a lock option, to keep my sister out of her phone, Santana had so much patience with her and my mom actually listened to everything Santana said: Santana gets a 10 Star review from me, her customer service, patience, gratitude and respect for the elderly was totally phenomenal.

I believe I had given this metro a review before and again another review for the great customer service... Last time it was from a previous employee which I'm not sure if he works there anymore but he did a great job with connecting me with a new phone for an affordable price.
This time, it was Santana who gave me a great customer service experience with reconnecting my old phone and stuck with it until she totally solved the issue.
I highly recommend getting your prepaid phones here. Much better than boost and Cricket or whatever is out there anymore nowadays. They have kept me FAR from those other companies with such a great service they provide.

I've been with Metro for maybe 8 years and have had 0 problems with them and never a need to go to a store but my phone took a beating for a long time and i wanted a new one , walked into the store and Maria was awesome and knowledgeable and set up all my info in it for me and made sure I would have no problems before I left ... Thank you Maria !

WAS IN A HURRY & DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL I GOT HOME, THAT I HAD NO RECEIPT FOR MY TRANSACTION. THE GUY THAT HANDLED MY TRANSACTION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MANAGER!!!NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PHONE HE PUSHED ME INTO BUYING, NEITHER!!!

Very bad service, the girl who was there did not want to activate another telephone that I had from the metro, she wanted me to give 160 for another one. I called customer service and they told me they didn't understand why they didn't help me. This store is in mountanville plaza. Don't go to that store, they've been there several times and they have terrible service. Metro oca owes checks to those who sell its stores. I was about to change companies. They have very bad service.
