Location A is the Metro store I went to.

Horrible! I have been using them for the last 5 phones purchased and each time it only gets worse. This last purchase was had been the worst and it will certainly be the last. Apparently, only the original sales conartist can help with any issues after the purchase. According to the useless individual that is there, we should have read the fine print posted - the one that they cover up with the packaging of the phone and never mention. Have requested for the owner to contact me (only 5 times) but I'm sure she never passed on the request or made any notations in the system because she wouldn't even take my phone number to assist in any way since she didn't sell me the phone. She even told me to switch carriers because this network is horrible. This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift from my kids to upgrade my phone and it's been nothing short of a nightmare with these people.

First of all I decided to get their internet so far I've had the internet for 20 days. 3 times out of the day I have to reset, go to network settings in order for the buffering and network error messages come upThis week alone I have called 5-6 times and they keep guaranteeing I will not have this problem anymoreNothing has changed but Metro by T-Mobile sure tells you how much you owe when you call smh

09212022 5:15 PM Jeanette was fantastic. She fixed my friends phone in under five minutes. Sim card was messed up. Just a sidenote. Sam helped me about a week ago. He helped me transfer to a new phone in no time. Great people! Great service! Old world service in the 21st-century. They should be training other people. It feels like you’re in Bergdorfs or Neimans.🤔🤓😂

Erica was so helpful & nice!Her customer service was out of this world!! Thank you so much.I appreciate everything she did for us! Erica was a fresh breath of air after going to a different metro location beforehand and having a terrible experience. The lady at that location cursed at us in Spanish, was beyond rude and even came outside as we were leaving to yell at us some more. It's very hard to find Metro stores with helpful & friendly workers.If I ever need to go to a metro store again this will be the location I will use everytime!
