The costumer service at the front desk is disappointing. I visited to have my car assessed due to acceleration issue and Johnny's response was unprofessional, suggesting the repair would be costly while being passive aggressive. When I returned to pick up my car, he failed to clearly explain the charges. When I asked for clarification, he used jargon and was dismissive. Clear communication and good customer service are essential and this experience fell short.

Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a female. I had come to you for an inspection, after I had taken my car somewhere else first. You told me I needed all of this extra work that I didn’t need. You told me I needed a new oil plug even though I had just been at Valvoline 8 days prior. Tried to get me to pay for another oil change.do not recommend 👎

These guys took care of me vehicle. Dealership and other third parties sold me cheap parts and didn't care as much. These guys were straight forward and were willing to help with any of my needs. My vehicle runs great and didn't destroy my pockets. Definitely made me a returning customer in the future.

Steve and Michelle were great. Found their shop on google for oil change. They identified some work I needed done and took the time to honestly explain the situation and give a quote. Setup a follow up appointment and they were flexible, thorough with their communication, and stayed true to their quote while being kind and professional.
