I’m giving two stars just because of the quality of my door hangers. Unfortunately I needed them sooner than later and was told I would have them in 3-5 business days. They were supposed to be there on a Monday but did not arrive till Friday of that week. The worker knew I needed them sooner than later and when asked if I should pay more to expedite them it wouldn’t be a worry. Seems like they care more about making a sale than satisfying the customer.

I went in the store to get something printed from a email and I sent it to them the two guys could not open it. They said I had to sign into Gmail. I never did this so I asked them if they could step me through this because it was a PC and I use apple devices. He brought me to google and then I asked him what was the next step and he said I was being rude and asked me to leave. I would not ever use minute man press again or recommend them the two guys there don’t wanna spend time to help you. Even when as far as saying I was wasting their time

I discovered Minuteman Press when post office near me closed. I go there often to mail business packages & staff is always patient, kind, & helpful.

I ordered business cards didn’t receive a reply back for a few weeks sent them the revisions never heard back from them. Very unprofessional used to love this place wouldn’t recommend this place unless you wanna waste your time.

Got to send some packages. I sent about 10 packages the other day. Sent them through here. 8 of them have not been updated in three days. Some of those are supposed to be priority mail.I sent MEDIA MAIL at the other post office on 5th Street and in those three days my media mail is already across the country but I doubt my 10 packages ever moved from this location. I will update if anything changes but don't mail anything here... If you need it to get somewhere ON TIME.They MAY spitefully hold packages (without sending for days) from sellers to discourage them from sending so many packages (at once) with a small office. Would make perfect sense.

Just got ripped off by this place. sent my husband in with a prepaid label to return an item. instead of using the prepaid label the guy somehow convinced my husband that he can just tape up the little item, throw away the prepaid label and charge my husband to ship the item and of course pay for insurance too! The item was already prepaid which included insurance!! I went in to question this and his response was that it wasn't his fault he just did what my husband wanted!!! I call BS because what my husband wanted was to send his item back using the prepaid label that included insurance! What my husband wanted was to not get ripped off! And, what I wanted was to not have smartass remarks thrown at me when I questioned this transaction!!! I guess I should have known because they lost a package I sent from there years ago. I decided to give them another chance and I won't make that mistake again!!! You know, it's bad enough when a transaction goes south but to be treated like crap on top of it is rubbing salt in wounds. Don't use this place. the Weis Market has a post office there and they are extremely helpful and competent!

Dave the owner is a habitual liar and has cost my company thousands of dollars in business by NOT meeting his own self declared deadlines on more than one occasion. Choosing to always blame his lack of staff, it is obvious he is too cheap and/or disliked to get decent help but it's probably just more lies. Very dishonest!Print somewhere else and save yourself the headache of dealing with another degenerate.

Minuteman press always does an excellent job for me. That's the first place I go when I need to mail a package or buy my stamps. They're very professional very helpful and always doing excellent job.
