I use the National Car Rental counter at ABE/LVI almost weekly and I have been quite impressed with how well this branch is managed. Having used National all over the country and in Europe for the past 5 years, I would submit that this is the best managed business of any National Car agencies. They have all been good, but the customer care at ABE, communication with me and the cleanliness of the cars are exceptional. All of the counter personnel are pleasant, efficient and accommodating...always. I recently lost a Remarkable™ e-pen that costs about $139 to replace. They looked everywhere, found the pen and held it for me until I could pick it up. Above and beyond. I won't use any other car rental company but National anywhere I travel and I have tried them all.

I am part of their Emerald Club and am always a value customer. I make reservations online so that everything is faster and easier. Use National if you are looking for friendly service!

National car rental continues to be my only consideration when needing a rental car. Very easy to navigate to reservation process on line. It is always great to walk by all the long lines at the airports and just walk out and jump in a car of my choice. No one beats National! The customer service at ABE is the best! Keep up the good work!

Always helpful associates that get me in a car or SUV that I will enjoy at smaller sites that don’t have the emerald aisle. The convenience of the Emerald aisle when I do travel is just like no other.

Called after plane delay, was assured they would be there until 1am. Showed up at 12:08am and not a soul on site. I have now sent 6 emails to their staff asking for help after then being charged over $250 in Uber fees since they did not do what they said they would do. Can’t get a single response from anyone.

I had to rent a car for 6 days for a business trip. It was pristine and ran beautifully. I always enjoy renting from National, it is never a let down! We were helped by J. MacDonald when we returned the car, and he was incredibly kind and helpful! We appreciate you!

National Car Rental at ABE Airport is quick, easy, and always able to get us going. We travel to ABE 9-10 times a year and have never had a problem. Recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and Great service! The only concern I that I have is that when I have made reservations and asked for specific special requests they are not adhered to. Perhaps the app that I make the reservation from Egencia does not pass down the information to the rental agency. In the end, in most cases I am able to get the heated seats that I need due to my back surgery and also get a non smoking vehicle.

I had vehicle issues and it was the biggest pain. It was inconvenient and waisted hours of my time. I was very disappointed. I had a flat they made me wait with the car for almost 4 hours then I had an additional 1.5 hours to get to an open National and back. The replacement car had almost no oil in it. The next day I noticed it smelled like burning oil then the low oil light came on. Then they had me drive to to an enterprise that only had one vehicle. It had hole in the floorboard and someone had smoked in it previously. This one also had the maintenance due light on the middle of the dash display. Needless to say that was a terrible experience.
