On December 5th, I called into the Nationwide Claims Dept. to discuss authorized repair centers. I spoke with Ms. Yvette Bonet and she was professional, empathetic and efficient. She provided me with the number that she was transferring me to and made me feel like a valued customer. The individual who picked up, Mr. Rob Vukan was just as professional. I worked for 17 years in a call center for Bell Atlantic/Verizon and have a good understanding of the work done here. Their attention to detail and professionalism was remarkable and experiencing not one, but two calls like this was amazing!

My association with the Linda Krisko Agency began in 1967 when Linda's dad Jack met with me at my newly opened Orange Julius in the Whitehall Mall. I have been with them, in one form or another, right up until this week when the Agency MVP, Judy Koehler, rewrote my Homeowners and Automotive policies---including Nationwide's Smart Miles and Smart Ride. Judy does not leave a stone unturned, something that can't be appreciated enough.The best thing--the VERY best thing about the Krisko Agency, is you can absolutely trust they will go out of their way to secure the coverage you need. It's in their DNA to do so, meaning you can relax and know your insurance needs are taken care of.

I have been with Linda Krisko and Nationwide since 1983... actually I started with her mom and dad. To sound a little cliche, I always feel like nationwide is on my side with my auto and home owners insurance. Judy Koehler is a valuable asset for Linda. She ALWAYS looks out for the clients best interest. There may be a feature on your policy that may cost you a little more but she explains why you should have it or why you may not need it. I am more than satisfied with the customer service I recieve. When I have filed claims in the past, the service center always gets back to me without delay and maintains communication.

I've been a customer for 26 years. Judy Koehler is my go too! She is always willing to talk and find the best options for our insurance needs. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is giving the best service. She recently helped figure out an issue with our policy and worked over a week on it and found the error. This was after adding one of my slots and another car.
