Goofy pair of Knuckle Heads in a Farmer’s Market !$10 for a Quartz Battery replacement . Bought a $ leather strap for a $$$ Vintage Seiko King Quartz. He didn’t even know what it was . I don’t think he cares about Watches except for the POS Watches in his display case? They’re Burnt Out . Approach withCaution .

I gave them my cuckoo clock for repair. They replaced the mechanism. After bringing it home, the chimney sweep didn't work properly. I returned it to be adjusted. It has now been 5 months and they haven't even looked at it yet. Very poor service.

I recently received an antique uhrenfabrik wall clock from my wife for our anniversary and was having some problems getting it to operate properly. I was about ready to throw in the towel when I decided to call Old Time to make an appointment. I was warmly greeted and given various detailed tips on what might be causing my issue and how to resolve it. I can happily say that my clock is ticking away beautifully as we speak, thanks Old Time! I will be sure to bring my clock to you for all of my cleaning, repairing, and servicing needs!

I’ve gone to replace watch batteries and bands over the years. The last time I went I took two watches, both for the battery, and one for a new band and the other to reglue a small part the went over the date in my watch. Upon picking it up, the little piece over the date hadn’t been glued and the band that was replaced was totally different style (different color metal clasp) and the old band and clasp was no where to be found. Although both batteries were replaced, when the battery died again later on I took it to a different shop to replace and they noted that whoever did the replacement last did it wrong and bent back some pieces in the watch that shouldn’t have been bent.

I brought my Westminster Wall clock in, thinking I would be dropping it off. They replaced the motion and had me on my way in just a half hour! Really talented and personable folks. Highly recommend them.

A local, very friendly place. John is a bit behind at the moment since he lost a repair person. Servicing of antique clocks is done well, (a one year warranty) and at a good price. The downside is the wait time, which honestly, is an issue for all clock repair people. No one seems to be interested in learning the skill any longer. John has his limits, so best to discuss with him upfront. For example, he recently sold all his watch repair equipment, but cannot work on them any longer. That said, he'll readily give you a quick opinion of probably what needs to be done. He also provides free hesitate of the repair cos.

These guys are AMAZING! Fixed a Swatch in about 1 minute after 3 other watch places couldn't figure it out. And they are very reasonable. Thank you!

I took my cuckoo clock there this morning. I was expecting to leave it with them for months. He took a look at it and within 15 minutes or less he figured out what was wrong and for a small fee I took my clock home. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

Left a watch to get the crystal replaced and it took two months to get the crystal in then another month to have it replaced. Then after having it replaced they forgot to glue it and seal it and the watch fell apart. Never again

The worst place I've ever had a watch fixed. It took 2 months to get a crystal in for the watch face (which is understandable) but then it took another month to get the crystal put in. After a total of 3 months waiting the watch had fell apart because they forgot to glue and seal it. The worst place I've ever experienced.
