Awesome nail salon. Yes ms lilly will not hesitate to tell rude and obnoxious people to leave and as a customer i find that very refreshing and even considerate of her to save her energy for more appreciative and respectful clients and to make sure they are comfortable in her establishment. I got my toes done i use regular polish and typically everywhere else i go they try to bully me into gel but ms lilly only asked if i was sure thats what i wanted and then moved onto doing my nails exactly how i wanted them. While getting my pedicure, we had some lovely meaningful, warm and open conversation. Ms lilly is an open book and an amazing listening ear as well. Thanks for my toes ms lilly im coming back soon to get these hands right!!!! ❤️

I called before coming in for service an appointment time was given to me. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins before she started my service. She needs to hire more staff or take appointments only if she’s not going to give timely service. I also had to share my appointment time with 2 other clients. She talks more than works. Very unprofessional

Can't see myself going here again ever she's highly expensive and always using the word "my n***a" she tried yelling at my kids before because they was playing with each other "too loud" and incase of emergency you are not allowed to charge your phone there because "the customers don't pay her light bill" acrylic is uneven gel ends up bubbly very unprofessional. Yes she is always open even on holidays and Sundays which is a plus for those who work all week but the service and the way your treated is not professional. She lives in a world where she can talk to you however she want but when you return the same energy it's "you can get out my shop" "I make the rules here" the reviews are mind blown because I promise you if you go in for a service on your own the truth will be revealed. I rather stick to Creative Nails on 7th street decent prices, designs, very caring and professional workers and owner, family oriented place.

Lilly …. Wow …. When i say THE BEST !!!! When i called ON A HOLIDAY …. Everyone else was closed … Lilly took my baby . Not only did she educate my baby who is 8 on her first set of nails …. She made an exception and took my baby. She was kind ! Loving ! And amazing ! I’ll be returning next week for myself and my other daughter !Service: Nail art

Always empty I should of taken that as a red flag. Nails look like a 6 yr old did them..I know now. Overall place is clean and the owner is nice however I will not return here.

the lady was so rude i went in the to get my nails done,and she was like we don’t paint little girl nail so i said ok..i’ll just get mine done so i was gonna get acrylic my aunt asked for the price.. she said mam stop rushing me and said i won’t know until i start my aunt said ok if you can’t do it i’ll take her somewhere else she said get out i’m not dealing with this additude
