I have to agree with all the negative reviews.
Impossible to get ahold of our service rep. Scheduled calls never happen, voicemails are not returned and simply trying to process payroll is borderline impossible.
Switching service providers ASAP.

Paychex is the biggest joke of a company imaginable. Insanely overpriced. Paychex regularly causes errors that create tax issues for my clients. They once erroenously ran a $50,000 payroll for the wrong client. An elementary school student is more knowledgable and can provide better customer service than anyone that...
