I have been getting a bill since the beginning of June weekly and every week I respond to call me regarding this bill and they refused to call me. This is an overpriced bill and I will not pay this bill until this is resolved. Also, this bill is over two years old and I will not pay this bill until this is resolved. It’s a New York City violation, and I am getting overcharged by Penske. You have horrible customer service department when it comes to billing.

as business I won't recommend .
the person in charge make waist 2 hr saying that he was confirming with the accounting department to confirm my security deposit after 1hr 30 min he ask me for a ridiculous Security deposit of $2000 which I said yes after that he responded oh it's fine bit still need to confirm with my supervisor and will take more time ( noted at that point i already provided my DOT # my ID and all information required ) ??? So if you no white caucasian looking person don't go to this location when you need deal with your business.
Hope Penske improve and re training their staff.

I walked in to the service department and said that I think I need my tire changed and the guy with dark hair standing at the computer there mocked me and asked why I don't know if I need my tire changed. What I didn't say is I'm not a tire person but I should have said that because that's their job to diagnose the problem. But he was very very rude and he looked at it and he told me that they don't have the tire in stock. Clearly they have tires in stock They are a truck facility. My local Penske has no problems helping me out and is very nice about it but this gentleman I don't know his name, he is white and thin and has dark hair, he was very rude and it was uncalled for. So I drove around on a tire that should have been replaced there.

Make sure when you’re renting one of their trucks that you check and make sure all the tires are good. They let us drive off with a bad tire and ended up getting stuck on the side of the road for 5hrs before they came out and helped us. Will be using U-Haul going forward.

I needed a truck rental for a few hours to pick up an oversized item. I went to Penske on Lehigh Street having no idea what size I needed, nor any experience in renting a truck. The entire team was fabulous from start to finish. Genevieve, Gavin, Nick and John all were fantastic. They offered advice and walked me through the seamless process. They clearly explained all of the costs, And Gavin determined the right size vehicle for me. The truck was spotless both inside and outside. I feel like they all went above and beyond, and I look forward to being able to use Penske again. Thank you!

Got a written price quote and reserved a 16' box truck with lift gate. Went to pick up and they charged me twice as much. Claimed I was given quote for wrong truck and original quote was no longer in system. I think this bait and switch was on purpose. I told them to cancel my rental and I'll get it at the other Penske or rent a truck down the road at Home Depot. Then they offered me the original price quote. Just beware of questionable practices to get more of your money.
