I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?

If I had the option to leave a review in the realm of negative numbers I would. I purchased a vehicle "as is" with the agreement that the front bumper would be fixed. I took the car back for repairs and afterwards had an insanely loud noise that was difficult to pinpoint where it was coming from. Having no warranty or clue where the noise was coming from I never called autoproved. When I could finally afford to have the car looked at the shop told me that the under guard had no clips attached. Driving off I still had a rattle. When arriving at home I tapped the right front fender and could hear pieces knocking around. I pulled them out, a clip, and 2 pieces I have no clue what they are. After pulling those parts out, I still heard the rattling. Looking underneath to see where they "fixed " the bumper they failed to put clips back there as well. The shop who fixed under guard suggested I give the bill to autoproved. I did just that and words cannot express how badly I was treated as a customer. I was first told that they had no way to prove that the shop I took it to didn't cause the problem. Attaching clips underneath had zero to do with pieces in fender or missing clips on bumper. I'm a widow, vulnerable in that I'm not proficient in knowing the dos and don'ts in purchasing a vehicle. I paid 70$ for parts and labor and they refused to compensate me. I was first told that they would not because 3 months had passed since I purchased the car. I checked and I was literally one day under. I informed them of that fact and was then told that I would still not receive a refund. After telling me the reason no refund being given was due to being over 3 months, I was told I simply would not get a refund due to the principal. If principal is at hand here, then to literally say a policy was thus and then deny abiding by it shows without question that their principal behavior lacks customer service, compassion, empathy, and they have horrendous quality service. I am not an argumentative person. I'm a financially struggling widow and despite informing the individual at autoproved about my circumstances, I was lied to and told that principal is what was making them both lie and show zero consideration to their failures in "fixing " the bumper and failing to clip the guard back in place. I'm a bit wiser now concerning the dos and don'ts in purchasing a car and I will never consider going back to them if my life depended on it. Principal would have me rather die first. I implore you, if you're considering going there and are reading this review that is the first I've ever left, do not go to this dealership. Just the hint of having any resemblance of what I experienced is reason to avoid them.

Who charges 10.00 dollars labor fee on a 70 dollar oil change..making the total 84.00...I questioned the labor fee and was told that it was standard practice.... Lies, because they are the only ones who fleece their customers...

Scheduled for 9am but got a text confirming for 4pm (the time they close at), tried calling many times but their phone line was down so I couldn’t get ahold of them. Come up at 9am for them to tell me their tech called out and it was put in the computer wrong so they have to reschedule me. Come up the following week for the rescheduled date just for them to tell me AGAIN I have to reschedule cause my part wasn’t there and needed to be ordered. Fine, come up at 9:30am for the third week and third rescheduled date, I’m sitting in the waiting room for a little cause they said it would be about a 1-2 hour job, no problem. Guy comes in around 2pm (already 4.5hr into the wait) and says my part was JUST delivered. Didn’t get out of there for another 2 hours. 6 and a half hours spent there for a job that was supposedly only going to be an hour or two. Didn’t get anything out of this besides an apology and being thanked for “being so patient.”

Inspection was terrible for a friend, they charged three thousand dollars for a change of ball sockets, then he went to another place and they said the car was fine. He almost got scammed.?

This is the worst place to receive service. They over charged 3 times already. Don't use this facility.

I didn't have the greatest experience with the dealership, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service center. Their technician Matt is THE BEST! As a woman, you're not always taken seriously in the car world, but Matt always takes care of my car and listens to every one of my questions and concerns. The guys at the front desk are also great. I generally only need to come in every 3 months for an oil change, and every time, they're so nice!! I'm so grateful for them and the care that they give my car to keep it running for me throughout the year.

Needed part (CV joint) that even dealer said was "Supply Chain Problem". I had warranty from 3rd party vendor covering repair. Autoproved contacted vendor, took care of required paperwork, found the part and repaired my car - all in one day. Shop is neat and clean too. Great service.

Do not go to this place 1st of all I was told I had free inspections for my vehicle and that turned out to be false 2nd the owner took the price of the emissions sticker out of the employees pay which I find very wrong. It is there responsibility to train there employees. 3rd I was told I needed wipers to pass inspection and I proceed to say yes and get charged 60 dollars for "labor" this place is a joke false promises by sales people service center charges for jobs that autozone/advance auto does for free ..... now mind you I didn't question the wiper price and wasn't aware it was a labor intensive job. Your better off buying a car at a major dealership that offers services for free and are honest. It's all about the money not the customers
