I don’t use a debit card. How can a bank not have tellers or a drive up windows. Terrible service

Ridiculous… I walk in and there are cubicles. I’m told it’s drive through only and they can’t assist me with what I need. Seriously the dumbest bank set up I’ve ever experienced. There are no signs outside that it is drive through only. PNC is only confusing their customers.

WORST BANK EVER! THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM NEVER WORKS WELL AND THERE IS NO PRIVACY. A NORMAL DEPOSIT TAKES OVER 1 HOUR.
