She took time to a calm me down and reassure me that in a few minutes I would have a new card. She looked at all my past expenses. How reassuring it was to know I wouldn’t need to spend my entire Saturday re-entering my new card. She helped me activate it. Wow. This old gal is a super satisfied customer. “I was on a time crunch during my lunch break Eliane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me about being able to check my FICO score and also instructed me how I could set a digital wallet while awaiting the arrival of my replacement debit card. It was a quick process but I obtain so much information in that short period. My card information was compromised while on vacation. It has been very inconvenient and frustrating going through the process of reaching out to all my billing providers.With the help of Elaine she reminded me why I still bank with Wells Fargo.
