I refinanced my car with them and everyone there was super helpful. I got a really great rate and feel more comfortable with my monthly payments. Everyone I have spoken to is very kind and have remembered me by name. I definitely want to thank Chonda for being so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Due to my busy schedule, I was a bit scattered in getting my documents together, but Chonda was patient and reassuring the entire time! At the end of my closing Madeline was also very kind and informative. I definitely recommend!!

I have had an account with Gold for a few years now. There are numerous situations that arise in which Gold Credit provide seamless support. But during more difficult times like this one (Covid) is when you get to see what people are made of.Worked with Stephanie at the branch a couple weeks ago. As expected the people there were extremely helpful. I found myself in a situation, that was time sensitive, she not only supported the task, but when needed took the wheel. Few years back when deciding go with a Credit Union I felt the banking industry was losing it core values of customer service. Not only did Stephanie and her team prove that a local credit union was the right choice, they proved that Gold Credit was the right choice.

Was good until they changed to the new computer system. After that, a complete mess. Poor customer service, online payments never went through for us. Very bad.

Every time I speak to someone on the phone from this bank I leave the conversation thinking I did something wrong. Make me feel like an idiot. What a shame. You just can't talk to your clients like that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very poorly put together website that is nearly impossible to pay a bill online. Currently shows I owe 2x the amount as usual although I sent them a check last month. Constantly getting nagged about getting charged a fee that went from $5 to $10 out of thin air. Very illiterate and multiple typos. Just stay away from this place. Not worth all this trouble at all.
