“I have had nothing less than great service and nice customer service people. It amazes me that people only review businesses when there is an issue leading customers to feel it is a bad company. My last company of 35 years decided to charge us $75 for a meter to tell them when we needed propane! I was on a twice a year delivery and they just stopped it without telling us. Then I tried to make a date and they no longer do that. Just call when you need it and we'll be out in 4 days or so. I can't do that when on vacation!! Apparently after 35 years and 2 places to service,we were no longer valued. We feel valued with Suburban and they are also cheaper.”
