My 1st time here.Very hard to locate parking as no GPS signal in center city.I didn't have a room but went to the Dime Bar.Bartender very unfriendly and inexperienced .Knowledge of liquor was poor .Ran out of what I was drinking with no back up.Also never got a chance to dine as everything I asked for was told they were out of .And was very rushed by Bartender that they were closing soon.1st impression very POOR

Beautiful rooms and facility! Very close to lots of restaurants. Only gripe I might have is parking is a little difficult to figure out at first. But it's a great experience!

Had a great room, spotless. Front desk and restaurant service was terrific. Couple of issues with breakfast buffet: scrambled eggs had what appeared to be green mold (certainly not appealing at the least); stale or just unfrozen pastries; bacon far from crispy (cooked) and what’s with the tiny coffee cups? Two sips and you are done.

I love the reasonable hotel prices. Especially where this is located. Its directly licated across from Dorney park, which you could easily walk to. They have restaurant but it doesn't stay open. However, McDonald's is a couple feet away, do not walk. You can't beat that. The only two things I did not enjoy about this hotel is that the pool room is not heated enough and rooms are cleaned every OTHER DAY, instead of everyday. The front desk says that this is because of Covid. Covid was 4 years ago but ok.

Very nice hotel, but it could be more handicapped accessible. Example: They have hallway doors BEFORE you enter the rooms. The fact that the door does NOT have buttons for it to open, I was struggling between keeping it open and pushing the wheelchair. These were on EVERY floor I noticed after walking to look for the ice vending machine.Second: The vallet parking is not NOTICEABLE right away until you pass it or right on it. It depends on traffic.Overall, the room and bed were satisfactory. My mom enjoyed her stay. We were there to see Tran-Siberian Orchastra, easy access to the venue.

An absolutely excellent establishment that is exceptional with amenities, domiciles, location, service and staff. We enjoyed every aspect of this lodging site. Great access to PPL Center, other local eateries and other businesses. Would definitely stay again!

The room was amazing. But that's where it all ends for me.It all started with an email encouraging me to do an online check in and mobile key. So I do that with the anticipation of using a mobile key. When I arrived I was driving for a little so I needed to use the bathroom. I drop my keys with the valet and walk inside. I ask where the bathroom is and the front desk woman just looked at me. I assumed maybe she didn't hear me. So I ask again. She says they don't have one. At this point I'm crossing my legs because I didn't account for all of this exchange. I say I'm a guest checking in, where is the bathroom. She finally tells me and I go up to the 3rd floor and come back to get my things from the car and check in. I come back in and she's much nicer and asks if I need to check in. I said I already checked in but my mobile key never activated. She says oh we don't do mobile check in here because you need a key for the room. Why in the world did Marriott send me an email to check in?!?!?!?!Anyway I get my keys and room and I'm just not feeling the interaction based on our first exchange. The room was next to the main door on the floor that required a key card for entry. So throughout the night I could hear someone coming in the hallway. The TV was kind of far from the bed, but those are the only downsides of the room. Otherwise is was a beautiful room, nice features, nice set up.I went down to the restaurant for dinner and I needed to work so I asked to sit at a bar area that was under a TV. The hostess said yes. I set up my laptop and started working and it was probably close to 10 minutes before someone came with menus and another 5 or more before someone came and took my order. The food was below average. The next morning I stop by the lounge to grab something to eat. Now it was close to the end of breakfast but it was still lackluster. Probably the worst lounge breakfast I've experienced.Overall I was very disappointed with my Marriott Experince.

My wife and I rented a room several months ago in advance for the Cody Johnson concert that was being held at the PPL CENTER. Upon entering our room after the concert we noticed that the bed sheets had stains on the one corner of the bed sheets. Upon finding this I used the phone provided by the hotel in the room to call the lobby and ask if house keeping could please come up and change the bed linens to which the lady replied “house keeping is gone for the night so if you want your sheets changed you can walk down her and get them yourself and do it” I said “oh ok” and she abruptly hung up. So my wife and I chose to sleep on the sofa that was provided in the room and put our own personal blanket on top of for a little added comfort. Now I understand that housekeeping may have been off or gone but even like best western and holiday inn have on staff housekeeping after hours, so for this to be such an upscale hotel and to not be able to accommodate for something like that and for the price you pay for this room which was pretty substantial it’s unacceptable.. then on top of that they only had 1 elevator in the main lobby or “Mezzanine “ as it’s labeled that worked to get you your assigned floor which if your having that many people for a big concert and there were other party’s going on too. We actually waited almost 20min in line to get up to our room from their “mezzanine” and the hotel staff in the lobby just leaned on the front desk/reception area on their phones and offered no response when asked if there were other ways than to wait in line to get upstairs. Prior to the concert we went to their in hotel restaurant I believe that was on the 3rd floor and we went to get a table and the entire restaurant was booked for some sort of event and she said that everyone without a reservation had to sit at the bar, no problem we went to the bar and there were probably 30-50 people in the bar area at one time with ONLY 2 bartenders/waiters to help all these people.(very poor planning on their part). The beers were cold and good the bartender we had was very extraordinary; kind, polite, very courteous and tended to his guests very well but you could tell he was very stressed and overwhelmed. The food was definitely a 2-3/10 my wife and I both got the bacon cheeseburgers and French fries I ordered mine medium rare it came over very well done and she ordered hers medium and it came out well done. The fries were ok weren’t very hot and had a very strange pesto type sauce on them very different but ok nonetheless. This morning when we left after getting very little sleep we explained our situation and concerns to the staff at the front counter and they were very nice and courteous.

This hotel was extremely noisy and as a result not suited for being relaxing or getting much sleep. The rooms have little sound protection and as a result you can hear the bar across the street and the car traffic as though your windows were open. In addition, there is a security door leading from the elevators to the section where the rooms are and it bangs shut when people use it. We unfortunately were close to the door and people were coming through causing the door to bang shut until 2:30 in the morning. We spent 2 nights there and didn't get more than a couple of hours sleep each night. It's really too bad because the hotel is in nice condition and the rooms are very nicely set up - just not conducive to relaxing or sleeping.

Always stay here whenever we go to an event at the PP&L Center. Great views of downtown. Easy access from inside to the arena. Nice places to eat close by and a pretty good restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel at a location steps away from many restaurants and nightlife. My gf and I went on a Saturday night. The room was clean, the hotel itself was modern and well put together. Parking is connected at the rear of the hotel and convenient. We will defiantly stay again in the near future.

Great modern hotel right in the center of town. Actually attached to the arena. Very large rooms. Best shower! Breakfast buffet is excellent. Gym needs a bit of care. One treadmill doesn't work. Another had only 4 working TV channels, but hey! The Breakfast makes up for it!
