Excellent service from both the hair stylist and makeup artist. Will definitely be going back. It's a different salon experience from what I am used to as it was very laid back, quiet and relaxing.

I’ve been going to Richard Kroll since the early 80’s! Won’t go anywhere else, I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. Now my stylist is Natasha. I’ve never been happier with how my hair turns out. Somehow when she cuts my hair, I’m able to work with it at home so easily. Highly recommend.
Stylist: Natasha does great with my over 50 hair. People tell me I look younger.

Stylist: I got a great haircut. However the main reason why we were there was my friend Amy’s hair and scalp issues. Amy got her hair conditioned and styled with a consultation for her scalp. Will now how the treatments work.

I have been coming here since 2007. I will not go anywhere else. This place is the very best. Hair cut, color, style = Amazing! I have my 21 year old son hooked as well. See you in a few weeks… Highly recommend♥️

I love Richard Kroll Total Image. The staff is always friendly and are willing to help. I recently got my haircut there again and was very pleased with Amanda's work. She is precise and listens to want you want. I highly recommend going there!

Shut up because now you’re pissing me off and you sound dumb !!! Your stylist PUT it on crooked, it wasn’t cut crooked !! Once again take responsibility and tell yourself you or your stylists are NOT perfect !!! And I’m ok with that , I am more upset that you can’t own up and say you messed up , but it’s ok I know the type of business woman you are !!! Have a blessed Holiday season !!!! ????
