The first time I went I had an eyebrow wax and left with a large cut beneath the brow that no one addressed. The next time I had to cancel due to childcare. I canceled 24 hour prior and was charged for the whole visit. Won’t be coming back.

Yesterday was my first experience at Rooted & I was wowed from the moment I stepped in! I was handled a menu to choose a drink from, offered snacks & a weighted blanket while I got my hair washed. I came in to get my bob trimmed & go a purple-brown for the first time ever! Mayce was so thorough & helpful while I explained what I wanted (poorly) and guided in the right direction. I’m so happy with the result & will absolutely be traveling back down here from Stroudsburg in the future!

I had Kelsey today and LOVED her! She was incredibly detailed and so easy to talk to!! Everyone takes their time to make sure you are having a great experience, I will definitely be coming back!!! ❤️❤️

Loved Mayce, i was so scared to get a new hair dresser after basically my whole life of going to the salon by my childhood home. Mayce did a great job matching to pictures of my previous style, had some great suggestions, and was a delight to talk to (especially about Love Island)
Also I had never been to their old location but I LOVEE the vibe in this place. It is super elevated, feels more like a full salon experience than just a haircut. Small business candles (Easton Candles), scrub and lotion in the bathroom, little snacks, being offered a drink and so many more little amenities made this experience wonderful!

This salon stands out from others. After I arrived I was served a delicious refreshment while I waited for my stylist. It was a Chai Snickerdoodle Latte topped with a cinnamon stick! I was nervous about my thin, frizzy hair, but my stylist, Kelsey, went over all of the options regarding products and made me feel at ease. I asked her to suggest the best choice based on her knowledge of the products and she quickly lined me up with the product that would give me the best possible outcome. After applying the product, my hair was silky smooth and no more frizz! Kelsey did an amazing job of blow drying, curling and styling my hair. She made sure I walked out of Rooted feeling fabulous. I look forward to continuing this new routine at home. Thank you Rooted!

To say salon rooted is amazing is an understatement. I have been coming to this lovely salon for a little over a year and the whole team is absolutely incredible. It all starts at the entrance where you are welcome with love and amazing customer service. I have gotten blowouts, single process color, and cuts with the results ever so beautiful. From the moment you take a seat you are met with a thorough consultation that that shows the stylists truly care about the results and take a lot of pride in their work. 100 out of 10 recommend!

first time here and definitely will be coming back! ashley did a great job washing my hair it was very relaxing. mayce cut my hair and she was kind, funny and knowledgeable. definitely book an appointment here !! :)

I went to Rooted today as a new client with Mayce. The salon is gorgeous with complimentary beverages offered while you wait. I opted for a 5 minute scalp massage upgrade which was wonderful. Mayce made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for before we started. They use Oribe products which smelled amazing. My haircut came out great and I inquired on pricing for hair color/highlights for my next appointment. This salon operates with by-the-hour pricing, and I was given a specific estimate for that future appointment based on what I was looking to do. Overall the entire experience was relaxing and I will be coming back in the future! ☺️

Shout out to Katelyn for going above and beyond to help me out! I was traveling to the Allentown area from Virginia Beach, VA for a special event and needed a shampoo and blowout. I called Rooted to learn they did not have any Saturday hours. However, Katelyn kindly referred me to Flourish Salon. I was able to easily book an appointment at Flourish with Cami. What a delight! She did a wonderful job with my blowout, a totally different style! I loved it! ♥ Gosh, I wish she wasn't 300+ miles away! Highly recommend and would definitely book at this salon again if I ever back in the area! Best of all was the great recommendation by Katelyn at Rooted! Team work among the salons! ♥

Have made an appointment a week ago in person at the salon, worked my schedule around the appointment. When I showed up, they said they don’t have me on the schedule. Despite the confusion with the schedule, they were able to schedule me next week with a complementary service. They were courteous and did everything possible to make things right. I was very happy with the service and will definitely come back again.

I had single process color which I paid $250 with Mayce. My roots color faded after two weeks.
Very expensive service, but no customer satisfaction! Just bringing some justifications not to accept /resolve their mistakes. Fancy salon to offer beverages and etc but not responsible or customer satisfaction at all!
Awful! Never ever come back here!
