Russian Roulette whether you get one of the sweet and helpful staff members or the gaggle of snarking gossipers. This Sally's seems absolutely dead every time I go and I see why. The managers ought to review the cameras to see what their staff is up to and be more selective with who they hire. A nasty attitude won't have people coming back.

I am giving my experience ONE star because I have to put a rating but it doesn't even deserve that. I am disgusted. I've been to Sally's retailers around the area and have always had exceptional service, however mine and my mother's experience in this store was terrible. My mother is a very soft spoken older woman/church pastor and went in with the original receipt of purchase wanting to exchange a shampoo and conditioner kit that was bought at another sally's in the area. It was not what she needed and wanted to exchange it for something else. The older red headed store manager (she wasn't wearing a name tag) that was slouching over the counter text messaging on her cell phone refused to exchange the purchase because it was missing a comb that should've been in the box. I was astonished at the news because I've never heard of such store policy. Especially being that I am also a store manager of a retail store. I was even more appalled at her attitude when I walked in to the store to ask why she wouldn't return my mother's purchase even though she was just asking for store credit and had her receipt. Her reply was that the purchase was made at another establishment and was missing a comb so she couldn't re-sell it. I was extremely bothered and demanded she at least exchange my mother's purchase. She eventually did after getting into a very headed argument with me. I cannot believe Sally's has such people running one of their stores. The woman was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I am a licensed cosmetologist and this store will never again get any of my business.

Came here with my wife looking for a specific product. Turned out they didn't have it, but that's not the story here. We burst through the door with a mission in mind. Full of confidence, we breezed through introductions as we marched towards the related section. Couldn't have been more than 10 seconds that we were politely engaged. We ceded to the help and volleyed with a question. She then slammed us down with disappointment claiming the product was not available there... Womp Womp.

The location next to walmart on mill creek rd is my favorite! Associates are really knowledgeable and always helpful. The last couple months, I have seen great improvement in the store. Keep up the great work! I will definately be recommending this store to my family and friends.

Absolutely aweful customer service. Employees are not trained. Manager is never available. I am told to come in tomorrow and talk to a manger, when I got there I was told that the manager only came in for an hour and is not coming back in. Called 800 twice without any help. Computer systems are new and employees don’t know how to work them and are not allowed to call a manager or corporate to get help. Do yourself a favor and go to cosmo-pro

Bought a pair of clippers and discovered they were used. Tried to exchange it at the store and they told me that policy won't allow me to return this because it was used, even though that's how I got it. If you're thinking about buying any clippers/ trimmers, do yourself a favor, don't get them at Sally's. If you somehow get a defect and/ or used item they won't provide you with any customer service, tell you take it up with the manufacturer and burn you. In other words they'll rob you. You're better off buying them online from the manufacturer since they'll direct you to them anyway. DON'T SHOP AT SALLY'S‼
