WORST customer service!!! Me and my husband went to see a truck we wanted to purchase (Escalade) and my husband saw one he liked, when a seller came out and said not to touch that one because it was sold and it was too expensive( assuming we couldn’t afford it)?. I immediately told my husband to leave and go elsewhere. People will poor customer service skills shouldn't be selling vehicles in a business like this. Thankfully, we purchased our truck in other dealer.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the purchase of our Mazda CX-5. He was very professional and personable. He took the time to discuss our options and did not rush us or pressure us at any time. I would highly recommend using Scott Dealership and ask for Jeremy. Best car buying experience I ever had!

Rating 1 star and cannot recommend this place if you are looking for an Escalade. They are adding insane markups over MSRP for Escalades. They will try to normalize this, but there are dealerships out there that are NOT doing this. In fact, Faulkner Cadillac is selling at MSRP. Anywhere you go right now there is a wait to order, the difference is that this dealership will force a markup over MSRP - in the range of $15,000+. This dealership isn’t the only place doing this - but people need to speak with their wallets and not encourage these absurd markups. This is actually something that the auto manufacturers don’t want their dealerships doing.

Stay away I went there for service on my car that needed my steering wheel fix due to sound and my car was shaking. I went for one thing and then they came with other issues. Mine you I brought this use car less then 2 months all issue with this car should of been fix before resell it. Anyways so the steering wheel issue was under warranty and wasn't getting no money from me they try to go out they way to find issue out of my warranty. They gave me a breakdown of the prices from use parts to new parts. So I took my issue to my husband and spoke to him and letting him know the issue they claim the car was having . My husband came up with me ask a few questions pick up the vehicle and check on the issue and the part that they said was need. See they didn't know my husband is a mechanic. But why do he need to fix something that's on warranty. Long store short. I didn't need a new rim that they claim cracked in half. A use rim they was charging 329.00 from the junk yard not including labor and a new 629.00 not including labor. My husband went to the junk yard got the same rim with tire for 90 bucks. My husband took that tire and rim off and nothing was wrong with my rim . Start doing your research people they will tell you anything to get money off you. They thought they had a dummy especially because I was a female and didn't think I knew anything about cars. Which I don't but my husband do, customer service guy couldn't look me in the face and looked real d*** . He didn't want to attend to me when he saw me and my husband walking though them doors. Just imagine how many people they got and feeding them b******** I would of paid for the same rim that was already on my car and they would claim they replace it shaking my head. If you want to get Rob this is the place to go. Be careful when people are to nice because they plotting on how much more money they can get from you.

Beth went over and above to help us out. It was a great experience dealing with her. She did everything possible for us to get our vehicles. This was our best experience buying a vehicle. She made sure that everything ran smooth.

I stopped in just to test drive a vehicle I had an appointment elsewhere to purchase. Loved the vehicle I test drove at Scott & got such a great deal, I purchased it the next day. I came in with a pre-approval. Brian worked out a great deal including full warranty package. Scott got me an even better interest rate than my financing I came with.

We were in a bad situation when our car died, not entirely unexpected, but when is a good time? The car still had an unpaid balance, and repairs were in the thousands to replace the engine, so that solution was simply not an option. From initial contact online, to driving the van home, took one day and was not stressful at all. Wyatt Jones and his team worked tirelessly to help us and we got a great van, at a great price and fantastic financing! There was no pressure, and the finance team sat with us at signing to explain everything and to make sure we understood it all. We have been buying cars for over 25 years, 3 from Scott Lots, and I have to say this was the best experience with the best results we have ever had.Thank you.

Drove an hour to get my 21 CT5 V serviced. It was well worth the drive. I found the Cadillac service team professional, knowledgeable and honest. I came in for an oil change and state inspection and was out in little over an hour. I definitely recommend Scott Cadillac for Sales and Service.

Mike in service is always so polite. The dealership manages to get my car in and out quickly. We really appreciate the shuttle service. Picking us up or dropping us off isn't a short distance, but the convenience is very helpful. I have to say as a woman, I appreciate the honesty and explanations given. Thank you Scott Cadillac for providing Cadillac level service.

As it isn't the quickest service, the final output exceeded my expectations. Understand I'm giving this business the Benefit of the doubt because cars are dealt with in the order they come. It really depends on how backed up they are. Amanda was the estimator assigned to my car. She and her team did an amazing job on my car. She communicated with me the entire process which made me feel really comfortable and confident. I would suggest this collision center to anybody who needs quality work doneto their vehicle.

We had such a great experience with Ty after being all but bullied into vehicles we didn't want at a dealer up the street. Ty was very down to earth and did absolutely no pressure sales at all. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want, and will try his best to make it happen. Ty and Scott were great and we will be recommending Scott Cars to everyone!
