My dad was just the co-signer the vehicle is for me and I’m making the payments. I worked with Ray and he was fantastic we were able to do everything through text for the most part so no sitting in a dealership for hours

I had a service scheduled (LOF & tire rotation) for 2pm and a request for a shuttle. I was actually able to avoid using the shuttle because they said the service would only take about an hour of my time. And they were right! I appreciate they were able to share the service time expectation and they delivered! Definitely not the experience we have experienced at the Honda dealer (for a different car). Really appreciated they valued my time and were transparent and accurate about service expectations.

Worked with Lynn he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Other dealerships tried to get me into cars I didn't want. Scott Chevrolet got me in the car I wanted. The finance guy (forgot his name) He was also very nice.

Very professional... I've been taking my Mazda car and even the old one i used to have, for about 8+ yrs. I trust their work. Little pricey, but what can you do when nowadays, all car repairs, oil chg, tune up, maintenance, etc, are expe sive. Keep up with the maintenance, and that helps extend the life of the car.

I hope the service team reads this. I’ve faithfully had my 2015 equinox serviced at Scott since I brought it home. Like most people - I think - I was brought up to be skeptical of dealerships for service. Probably saw too many 1980’s and 90’s hidden camera undercover shows showing dealers getting caught doing the wrong thing. My experience at Scott has ALWAYS been the precise opposite of those old adages. This last time was no different. The team recommended an approaching 100k mile spark plug replacement and somehow the car began misfiring after I brought it home and the check engine light kept going on. The team took the car back and found a bad plug. It was replaced and I picked the car up but the problem persisted. Back it went. They had it for several days -with me in a loaner - and took their time diagnosing the issue. The team then found the fuel pump covered under emissions warranty to be malfunctioning and leaking oil into the fuel stream. They did their absolute best to ensure the car came back to me functioning properly as it had been before the service they recommended. That’s where brand loyalty and return customers come from. I tell everyone I talk to that Scott it is an honest outfit. Lazy diagnosis would likely have had me chasing a coil pack at several hundred dollars that wouldn’t have resolved the issue. These guys are 100 percent legit.

I drove down from Stroudsburg and my vehicle had low DEF fluid when I arrived and the warning light was on. My appointment was for a front break pad sensor and because my DEF fluid was low they wouldn't even add a little and work on the vehicle

Worst place to bring your car to don’t even give you a call to let you know that they can’t work on your car. There’s always problems they could never fix the car right the first time and basically they tell me that they’re not allowed to work on my car anymore because the Better Business Bureau said, they’re not allowed to but then they tell me to come in and how do you say you’re open till six but nobody’s there at 5 o’clock everyone’s super rude. Everybody talks under their breath and act like total Dickheadz very disappointed. Been going here for over four years, and always have problems here will never step in this one ever again always problems always

The ease of making an appointment, delivery of vehicle, and pick up vehicle was great! I left my vehicle there but was reminded that they offered shuttle service for my next visit. Was also notified that since it was my first oil change after buying my new car there it was free, which is always nice to hear! The only con was that after I came home, I realized that I forgot to tell them to go ahead and add the part to my steering wheel (which finally arrived at the dealer) after being on back order when I bought the car. I would assume this would be in the computer system or something and would have been helpful since I was leaving the car there all day. Other than that, great service.

This is the place I come and rely on good customers service and getting my car fixed. I love that if they find a problem, they will discuss about the situation, give you many options on how it can be handle. They also price match some automobile parts.
