My family is new to the Allentown area and I went with SImplex for the simple reason that they answered their phone,. It turned out to be a good indicator. Karen and her team are experienced, efficient and great communicators. Karen cleaned up a mess created by my previous tax preparer and did so for a very reasonable fee. She resolved an issue that had been hanging over us for months in a matter of two days. Simplex has won my loyalty.

Karen and her team are easy to reach, communicate often, hustle to serve you and charge reasonable fees. Plus they stay open all year, not just during tax prep season, so if there is a problem, you can actually reach them.
