I was waiting for a survey from T-Mobile directly, but since I didn't get one I'm leaving a review here.On July 14th, my wife and I switched cell service to T-Mobile. Our sales consultant at the South Mall store in Allentown Pennsylvania, Tynia, was simply amazing. She took time to answer all of our questions clearly, helped us with activation and setting up the T-Mobile app and the T-Mobile Tuesdays app. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We can't say enough good things about her. I hope the company knows what a great employee they have in her, and will honor that in some important way.

Never again I used t mobile when it was voicestream there service was horrible back then I live in emmaus I have never had so many dropped phone calls the lady at the store when I signed up for a plan told me the phone was included with signing up and I’m paying 10 bucks a month for 2 years I was lied too there plans are way too expensive I’m so glad for going back to cricket my plan worked out to 88 bucks a month and no insurance on the phone that they wanted 15 bucks a month extra I’m happy to be back with cricket 68 bucks a month unlimited talk text data and hotspot and the even includes insurance save your money they maybe good in some areas not around here and buyer beware I think they do anything to get you to sign up

Left the store after almost 2 hours setting up my new phone- had to go back and spend another 45min to complete the set up. It’s my fault-expected to be able to use my phone as a phone! Johana needs more training on how to do her job!!!

The staff behaved reasonably, and we are pleased with our new iPhone 13. Although we ran into a glitch with a promotional deal, the store exceed our expectations and made things right!

WORST STORE EVER. They tell you enough to get you out of the store and to sell you to get comm. Do not buy there they will not have you a priority and they will not help you if you need assistance with your service.

Made an appointment for 6pm because that was their latest appointment. Got an Email at 3:30 stating I was late. Called the store and said I'm not late my appt. Is for 6 . They said sorry we have nothing here that says that, yet I have the texts that state 6pm. The man said well it's not busy now just come in. I made my appointment for a reason, 6pm is what works for me. He said fine and hung up. Horrible customer service and also expect longer than normal wait times when you do go. Try any other T mobile store but this one!!! They made the list of places never to return too. This T-Mobile is T-Rash!!!

The store manager Amir is rude and sarcastic. Always tries to add extra stuff on to your bill such as accessories and than tells you it’s a “bundle” that’s being offered today. All this store does is lie to customers, you go in there with a budget and they go past your budget. Makes it look like they’re just focused on their numbers and not caring about their customers. Let’s not forget how horribly he treats his employees. Would recommend going when he isn’t there employees look very uncomfortable when he’s there.

I've been to this store a few times. This latest group is not kind. They make you feel you are intruding on their time. Please bing Yvette and her very kind and happy crew back!!! They were awesome. Or......teach some emotional intelligence to your employees!

This store was AWFUL! Every customer I saw while waiting in store was unsatisfied. I waited over an hour with no help from the two girls up front, Nina and another girl who’s name I didn’t get. I ended up calling Sprint customer service for help while in store. The store end up closing with no help, customer service ended up advising me that I have to go back in store for the same thing the cashier girls told me they couldn’t help with and that I had to call about in the first place! I should have listened to the reviews, but this was the only store with the IPhone I wanted in stock. If you value your time whatsoever, do not go to this location.

Been a Sprint customer for years and this was my first time going to this store to upgrade our phones. We bought used phones, both of which didn't work and they would only exchange one of them. Had to call corporate and mail the new phone back for an exchange. Later found out this store also added over $50 of extra fees to our monthly bill without telling us. I didn't find out until I saw the charge to my credit card statement so I called corporate and they said since the store added the fees we would have to return to the store and ask for our money back.
