I don’t understand why google won’t let us review with no stars! It’s the treatment from the nasty staff the Katherine and Kathy of this place for me! Not the clothes or the shoes or bags that’s pretty cool but the attitude coming from those two avoid them at all cost! There are too many consignment shops in PA to deal with attitude from employees!

I have purchased many items from this establishment. Good prices and nice selection. However I feel I was robbed when I sold them clothes. I brought in 27 items and they purchased 5 items. The explanation was that they were older items that don’t sell well there. Ironically, I purchased 3 of those items at Style Encore earlier this year! Also I had Koople dresses with tags valued at over $300 and a pair of &248 Koople jeans with tags. They gave me $23 for 5 of these items. Never again!!

I freaking love this place the condition of the clothes shoes hats coats and bags are great... But the prices are even better especially in today's economy we need to be able to save some pennies anyway we can and at style encore that's what you are going to do all while finding some stylish wearables for your wardrobe and they always have deals... Everytime I wear something that I got from style encore I always get complimented and I love it there!!!

I waited over 45 minutes for an assessment, at which time the woman told me my clothes were out of season and to return in August. I would have appreciated that conversation immediately when I came in. Customer service and communication needs improvement.

Hit or miss .... I like how organized it is. But- their music is SO LOUD -my teenaged daughter and I couldn't STAND it longer than 10 minutes. And the air freshener scent is overwhelming. The music and scent together just punch you in the face repeatedly until you leave. We couldn't handle the scent and the loud music and left without purchasing.

First off i would like to say thank you to the manager lynette apologies if i spelled that wrong lol , i had previously left a bad review and she reached out to me and fixed the issue right away ! She was paitent, kind, and understanding of my issue, i also re visited and was helped by very gorgeous and nice women named shannon, she was paitent through the process and got me a fair price on my items , thank you shannon ? and thank you to the staff at styles encore for making my 2nd visit a great one

Every time I try to sell my items even when it’s what they are looking for they refuse to take it. Or I see items similar to what I’m trying to sell and they still refuse them. It’s a waste of time. They also give you so little money for when they do buy something from you.

I had one of these near me in Tampa and it was one of my favorite stores. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Manager, Alecia, is so informative and knowledgeable when she explains things. I’ve been back a few times and will continue to patronize this store to buy great things and sell my designer items!

Selling is a hit or miss with them, depends on who is assessing your items. Some have style and know what is good and sellable, some staff haven't a clue and will overlook really great items perfect for the store.
