A great experience all around! Brandon was very helpful! I called and made an appointment earlier in the day and came with my transfer PIN that he suggested I get from Verizon before I come (points for him because this saved time and aggravation at the store). After a very bad experience with Verizon (after being with them for over a decade) we've become T-Mobile customers and look forward to a long-lasting relationship.

T mobile needs to clean house 3 times I been here 3 times they try to ripe me off they read the transcript and still won't give me a phone I called customer service and won't give me a Phone

Just switched from att to T-Mobile. Brandon was our rep in the store. He was friendly, courteous, and quite knowledgeable. We left extremely satisfied. Would recommend Brandon to my friends and family.

BRANDON IS A LIAR. WENT IN TO THE STORE IN NOVEMBER TO VERIFY MY FIRST RESPONDER ACCOUNT AS I WAS HAVING ISSUES AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE STORE AND HAVE THEM DO IT FOR ME. AS I WALKED IN BRANDON TOLD ME THEY DONT DO IT HERE. SO NOW I HAVE A BILL THAT'S OVER 130 BUCKS MORE BECAUSE OF HIM. HE IS USELESS

TERRIBLE experience ever. Went here today just to upgrade from my Zfold to Samsung Ultra, but no one welcomed me or asked anything about my visit. So I left the store, and more than 5 employees were doing nothing there, just standing and talking to each other while the other one was just sitting in a table looking on his phone. I wasn't expecting this, so disappointed

We went to the Tmobile store on Airport Rd in Allentown, PA to obtain a new phone as part of the 2G Retirement program. We previously spoke to Customer Service and were provided with a list of phones to choose from at no cost. At the store, we explained this to Tmobile associate Josh and told him we were interested in the Nokia G310. He told us "it was not part of the free promotion and he was not going to process the transaction and then it would come back on him." He recommended another phone that he felt "my husband could handle". We left the store, went to our car and called Tmobile Customer Service. John was the incredible associate we spoke with. He reiterated that the Nokia G310 was most definitely part of the free upgrade for the 2G Retirement. John remained on the phone while we went back into the store. John explained to store associate Josh that the phone we wanted was part of the free upgrade. Josh argued with John. John told Josh where to find the correct information on 2G upgrades. Josh adamantly stated that Customer Service John was wrong. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, store associate Josh found the correct information and processed the transaction. John remained on the line to ensure the rest of our transaction would be trouble free. Josh NEVER apologized, NEVER thanked us for using Tmobile, and just walked away .Our family has been Tmobile customers for over 19 years. We have never encountered such a rude and obnoxious associate as Josh. I do not feel he deserves any stars on the rating but had to give one to post my review. He should not be working with the public. For how poorly Josh handled the situation, Customer Service Representative, John, handled it with the utmost professionalism, respect, and kindness.

Don't go to this store.I updated my phone and got offered a new free line with a new phone with Netflix included, next thing I know my new bill shows that they are charging me for everything and once I try to return the phone that never got used wich wasn't even opened because was supposed to be a gift for someone else later on. can't be returned either, and now I have to pay it in full if I cancel the line and they can't do anything else to help besides telling you to call customer service know that they'll take hours to answer. Never again!!
