Got my car plates in about 20 mins ”make sure to take your car with u the one u r getting ur plates “ I’m not sure if they are expensive or not coz I didn’t go to any other place since I moved to PA. They also work on getting truck plates if any one interested

Very expensive to register your car at this location, in fact they are going to increase the cost from 290.00 to 360.00 with a month from this post 06/24/23. Locate other companies not worth it

After spending 211.00 This Notary wanted to charge me an additional 30.00$ to correct a mistake made on my truck registration that my garage found. After checking it with the state which took about 5 seconds, all they had to do was push a button and print a piece of paper. Do not recommend this place.

An extremely awful agency. Please don't go there. I moved from another state and want to switch my car registration to PA. This agency is right beside PA DMV so I thought it might be official. However, they asked me to pay sales tax which I've already paid to the former state, I showed them the proof of tax I've already paid, but they kept telling me I have to pay it again. Later on my friend recommended another notary to me. That notary told me I don't need to pay any tax since I'm moving to PA. Anyway, don't go this notoriously greedy agency. By the way, just close this place please!!!

If you are doing anything non license related come on a Monday at lunch time. No wait whatsoever and the people were very friendly.

This location has terrible service. Waited 30 minutes to do a title transfer. When it was finally my turn, the representative turned me away in 5 seconds stating I needed another form filled out by the lender. I called another Johnny Yurconic location and they informed me I did not need that form. Thank you for wasting my time.

I took my 89 yr old Dad to the Cedar Crest location this morning at 9:00 am to get a replacement title for his car. We arrived slightly before 9:00am and there was already a line out the door. I stuck my head in to see if there was somewhere for my father to sit while I waited in line for us. The employee manning the front door was Judie. She quickly hustled over and told me I had to wait outside. I asked her if there was a chair for my elderly father to sit on and wait until it was our turn. She informed me there were no chairs because of COVID. Seriously---the waiting/reception area there is huge and they certainly could have strategically placed 1 or 2 chairs 6 ft apart for elderly/handicapped clients. Ironically enough as Judie was telling me there were no chairs to be used she, herself, proceeded to take a seat right there up front that was there for her to sit on. After a long wait (when you are 89 yrs old standing for any length of time is long) it was finally our turn. The woman who waited on us was very nice, but unfortunately my elderly dad had to stand and wait for approx. 30-35 minutes until our entire transaction was complete. Moral of the story is that the Yurconic agency is NOT very ELDERLY FRIENDLY. Yes, I know my father could have walked all the way back out into the parking lot and sit in the car to wait until it was his turn, but at 89 all that extra walking back and forth and getting in and out of the car is not something I wanted him to have to do because it is rather difficult for him tp do so. Come on, Yurconic Agency, every business I have taken my father to has at least 1 or 2 chairs in the waiting area so that elderly or handicapped people can sit and wait. And it's not like you are in and out of this establishment in 5 minutes--he had to stand there for a half hour while Judie relaxed in her chair. Not cool at all----

Employees here were racist to me. I walked in for its proximity to DMV office. I was given a ticket by the online system and I was waiting to be called by them in the office. They asked me get out of the office and wait outside. I left and waited outside thinking this is the protocol I discovered that there were others who were waiting in the office. I got a message from them that I need to go to office as my waiting was 1 minute long. I again went inside as the message told me to go in the office. I was asked to leave this office again. I am not sure if this was plain racism or a personal reaction. Everyone please take your business to some other agency.
