I have nothing but great things to say about the people that works in the branch at Hamilton crossing. Every time I go in there, the staff greet me by name. I find them to be quick and efficient. The team over there takes their time with each customer and I for one appreciate that approach. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

I don’t go to the bank often but when I doI have only had good experiences here. I really enjoy interacting with the employees that are there now and have been for a couple years.

I have brought a Univest bank issued check. They refused to cash it out. Apparently they want you to open an account with them to be able to use their checks. If you don't cash your own checks, stop issuing check books

I love the staff at Univest at the Hamilton Crossings branch. The manager Mrs. Rivera is extremely professional. She will sit down with you and explain everything from soup to nuts. She and her team will go above and beyond to assist you with all of your banking needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a new bank to trust their services with. If I could give them 5plus starts I would.

The one time I go to use their ATM and it doesn’t work. So I go into the bank and tell them and the rep’s response is “yeah the ATMs not working”... why wouldn’t you put a sign up saying that????? Now I’m late for work and not only that but a dispute had to be filed for the $100 the machine took off my card but didn’t give me. Not even an apology on their part. Really frustrating.

Took longer than it should of to do business at this branch. I’ve never had a problem at any other Univest except for this one, a shame for it to be in such a nice plaza at the crossings. There is an much older lady who appears to be snippy and not sure of what she is doing, manage your IRA at any other branch except for this one. I will NOT be back.

Univest is one of the only banks left around me that is small enough to be personal and big enough to be powerful. I needed an IRA opened fast and the people at Univest made it happen. When I needed info on a previous year's stock sale, I got it, next day.

The people are nice, but their handling of my account was inexcusable. We opened a checking account for our small family foundation, which is a non-profit. The bank closed our account, without any notice to us, and checks that we had written to fund charitable foundations ended up bouncing. This caused us great embarrassment and required us to reimburse those to whom we had made donations for bounced check fees. Suzy is sort of clueless. But they are very nice, and the office is lovely.

I waited at the drive-through for a solid 15 minutes this morning to withdrawal money. They then gave me the wrong denomination from what I had written on the withdrawal slip, and then took another 5 minutes to exchange it. Unbelievable.
