Stopped by this store today and was dropping off a regular return but since I'm traveling I don't have access to easily package and wrap it myself. The lady who was working the register was very nice and offered to pack it into a box and put bubble wrap in for me. Thank yall very much!! Excellent customer service and would come back again if I were in the area again

DO NOT USE THE STORE FOR ANY SERVICE. Rented a mailbox and NEVER received mail at the address given. The manager is very rude and uncooperative all around. Did not receive even a partial refund.
This location has terrible management and no support staff.
On a separate occasion I wanted to mail an item already addressed and stamped and the same manager demanded I show an ID for them to mail it for me. I dont need to show ID to mail something.
This store does NOT fulfill customer needs and I would not trust this store to ship, print, email or fax anything. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Whenever I use the UPS store#2756. I always have nothing but Good things to say about the quality of service. I am in and out with a blink. No Problem with the employees. Very polite and professional at all times.

UPS store is conveniently located near where I live making it easy for mailing packages or dropping off Amazon returns.

Just for a print out they charged me 5.50$ .. I will never come here again. Last time i came to pick up a pacakage and they charge me extra 10$ for using there address I asked why you guys didnot tell me at the time of shipping I have used my address, person here said they never asked … how the hell we know about your charges.
