I requested an early out today at work for my appointment at 12:00pm. Got a phone call at 7am saying my appointment it’s cancelled because they’re short staff and not doing passports anymore. I was waiting for this appointment since last week and the biggest issue was how rude she was on the phone about it. Avoid this location if you can!!!

Allentown PA the most lazy people in the planet... I did all address change 2 month later and I haven't received 1 peace of mail.... but I'm not surprised everything in Allentown works the same way it must be something in the water 🤷♀️

Horrible service they really don't do there job by any means they keep saying they can't redeliver a package I been waiting weeks for it's disgusting especially when you have medical reasons to go and get it no one answer the local post office phone nobody helps the worst service I ever had it got so bad I just asked for a refund from the place because USPS can't do there job right or even make an attempt to 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤

Here we are again. Dirk and the associates who care are receiving harshness because they're shorthanded. It's not fair to the associates who do their best to provide the best service possible despite lack of staff. Sounds like a flaw in leadership. Thank you to the staff here that do their best. It's appreciated.

I've never seen worse customer service anywhere in my entire life. Dirk is EXTREMELY rude and has 0 professionalism or customer service skills. He loudly complained for 20 minutes straight while I was there about how he was the best employee there and everyone else sucked, he needs a huge ego check. Then he was yelling at customers in line, and telling other customers that they should go tell people in line to leave and come back Monday. It was unreal

I had a passport acceptance appointment I set about 3 weeks in advance. This morning, the day of, I was called and rudely informed it was canceled. When I asked why, she said they're short staffed, that I have to reschedule online, and hung up. I was given no assurances that my next appointment won't be canceled at random like this. Absolutely terrible treatment and no attempt whatsoever to assure me my next appointment will be honored. I guess I'm lucky I have until June at the latest to work out this BS, as I need to travel in August.

This by far has turned into the worst post office in the area. It all starts from the postmaster and trickles down all the way to the window workers. It does not matter what time you walk into this place anymore there is always a line of about 15 to 20 people and you have three to four windows open. The workers are very lackadaisical and take their good old time talking about stuff that does matter to the customers. This person needs someone to come in and turn this place around Starting with the postmaster Then Dirk And so forth It's crazy what this place has become Within the past couple months

I live in PA and I sent a mail to NY a week ago and nothing has been delivered. I called and went multiple times to check what could be the reason and no response just “Wait until it gets there” like it’s an important document and they just leave the phone ringing and no answer. I filled a complaint online and no help at all.

This branch of USPS desperately needs more resources. There is always a line, no matter what time of day. You could wait over an hour to mail something. I have to go to USPS locations that are much further away just to avoid the lines. If you can go to other locations, you should to.
The workers are also not accommodating of people who have prepaid labels and should just be a quick drop, in and out. They force you to wait in line, adding to the already long lines. Do everyone a favor and make this easier!!!
