The workers name was Brian. I walked into the store today and as soon as I did he went to the back office to finish what seemed to be a personal phone call. When he finally came back out, I asked him for help with a phone that was meant to be a trade in and that I had lost the slip for the return to UPS. In addition my line had been turned off due the delay in the return. Brian informed me that this sounded complicated and that the worker that sold me the phone was in another location and that I should go there. After some back and forth he finally looked up my account and simply said I can’t help you. “I’m not trying to be funny” he said. I have never been turned away from a store and forced to go to another because an employee thought something was too complicated. When I got to the other the store the worker graciously heard my concerns and called Verizon on my behalf to see what he could do to help. Nothing special and nothing Brian couldn’t have taken the time to do him self. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 5 years and nothing has made me consider switching carriers until today. If it wasn’t for the good brother at the other location I would have left the carrier by the next payment cycle. I’m so beyond upset. This is by far the worst service I have ever received.

The staff was very rude and condescending when assisting me with setting up a new phone. Basically tried to push me out the door as fast as possible and provided very little help with questions on data transfer
