Lots of staff but no one really helping. Eating at back of the register in view of a customer is a key indicator that the staff more than likely does not have dedicated breaks. ?

I used to love to come to the store a lot but you can't hardly find any good sneakers anymore there this whole ticket thing that got buying on internet whatever happened to going in the store and picking up a pair of sneakers yeah it has changed a lot since it's opening

Very polite and helpful staff. Alittle overpriced, but seldomly has decent sales. Small selection compared to other VILLA stores though.

Excellent staff very informative and knowledgeable on sneakers. Will treat you like family. Please don't punish them for the late shipments. They work hard to keep you happy from manager to regular employees.
