First, I will say that the staff did a great job managing a truly messed up system. I have no fault with any of the 3 that were working at the time of my appointment. However, my appointment time was for 5pm for a telehealth. I arrived early and was checked in on time. I then proceeded to wait for 30-40 minutes to start the initial tests, which were sent to the telehealth doc for review. Next I had to wait 20 or so minutes for my turn with the first optometrist to do the actual measurements based on my response with the lenses being swapped in n out by their control. I'll be curious to see if the prescription is correct, because the distance was still blurry, but she seemed like she was in a rush to finish and couldn't be bothered with me to try anything additional. Then another 20 or so minutes waiting to get the final doc who reviewed all the results. Ultimately I didn't get out of the store until after 7, when they are supposed to be closed by 630. If the docs had been in store, and we didn't have to wait for extended periods in a random FIFO queue, it likely would have been a much more smooth and streamlined process. I also was not warned it would be a telehealth appointment until after I scheduled online, which gave no indication either way. The store as a whole needs to seriously work out their kinks in the system before I would recommend anyone else risk suffering through a 2 hr appointment.

Great job with an understaffed location. Had an appointment, still took over two hours from arrival until I left but the staff was great, well versed in products and processes. Very apologetic for delays but did their best. I'll absolutely return to this location in the future.

Michael was great. He was able to adjust both pairs of my new glasses without having to send them back. They are progressive lenses and I wasn’t seeing correctly. I went in thinking I would have to give them up for a week or two, but Michael was able to adjust them at that visit. I appreciated his experience and expertise so much!

Was in recently for reordering contacts for my daughter, very busy, could use another employee or two but they were attentive to my needs and got me the best price. Will be back in the future.

Emily was the best! I hav not had the best experiences in the past but Emiky has wiped those memories away. She was extremely helpful through all the steps of buying new glasses and helped me navigate the sale prices as well to get the best deal. Thank you Emily!!!

The woman doing my initial exam was very sweet and made me feel comfortable! The doctor who did my virtual exam was great and answered my questions. He was kind! The guy who helped me pick out my frames made me feel comfortable with myself and adapted to my financial situation.

The optician assistant, Gabriella I think, and the person that fitted me for glasses, Stephanie, were both outstanding despite having an extremely busy day and staying very late. Their energy was friendly and they did a great job helping me. It's obvious they're overworked just by what I observed in my hour long wait yet they treated me with a smile and respect and were very helpful. The woman who I assume is the store manager however left much to be desired. She seemed to have just gotten yelled at by corporate or something and was taking it out on her staff around her. While I had been waiting for over an hour she pulled Stephanie aside after she finished up with the customer before me making me wait an additional 10 minutes while I can only assume she yelled at Stephanie as she came out with a flushed face and Stephanie looked like someone that had just be yelled at. Stephanie like a true professional handled me with grace. The manager who caused an additional delay in my wait time didn't even make eye contact with me or apologize, it was like I didn't exist and the fact that my appointment was at 5 and it was now 7 didn't seem to phase her one bit. She then went on to talk to another employee jokingly, tried on a few glasses as she cleaned up and was clearly not in a rush to leave so could have let Stephanie help me then talked to her afterwards, or while Stephanie was finishing up with the last customer she could have helped me or even acknowledge me, neither of which she did. I'd give a 5 star review to Gabriella and Stephanie and a 1 star review for the store manager. The only reason I'd come back are the pleasant but severely overworked and poorly managed employees. The lights were also only half on due to what I'm told was an electrical issue. Please coach your store managers on how to manage and how to provide customer service, your staff could probably give them the training.

This place sucks. It’s been 3 weeks and still no glasses.? I want my money back and I get an automated answering service that is absolutely no help at all. I will never go here again. I have my prescription and now I will use overnight glasses . Com Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. It is more of a hassle than it is worth. You get what you pay for. I’m serious when I say this place sucks.

day before im set to pick up my glasses the order is now delayed with no update whatsoever as to when they will be ready.... im struggling to see wish i never would have order from here.... if u cant deliver then dont make a promise!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming here to the Hamilton Crossings for years now. I just came here to say the staff is really hard working and friendly. Mike Riville, in particular, has been very kind and patient when explaining my different insurances over the years. He also has been excellent with my glass repairs and adjustments. It really is hard finding people so competent and humble. I appreciate all of their hard work here. Excellentcustomer service. Thank you

Stephanie was everything I needed to make the jump and get new glasses. She was so helpful and kind and told everything how it is. I appreciate the honesty when making a big purchase and she made it so easy for me. She found the perfect frame for me and made me feel confident buying them. Overall easy experience and not too busy.

Personal attention, clearly explaining what's covered and not covered in insurance, what is the extra cost, and help with choosing the right type of frame and glasses. When I went to pick up my glasses, Mike was so helpful and adjusted my glasses to make a perfect fit. Overall, wonderful experience and sure to visit again.

Gabby has such a personable way about her, from intro to the time I left I felt her and Emily genuinely wanted to help with my issues. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in well over 15 years and this experience makes me want to follow up consistently. I didn’t feel unheard, unseen or anything but supported in my treatment. The eye doctor was also so sweet and nice! Won’t be going anywhere else!
