Went to pick up my prescription that I put in three days ago. When I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready and to wait 30min. I left and came back around 6pm just for them to tell me they do not have the medication I needed because they were out. Then I told her that the lady told me it was here and to come back. The pharmacist then told me that she said she was going to call me. I never got a call. I am completely out of my medication and have no way of getting any until Monday.

Waited at the Drive in Window for 30 minutes. Pushed bell, told we will get to when we get to you ! Four cars behind me. Time to change pharmacy!

Typing this as I sit in the drive thru line for 17 mins (and counting) not only that but this place will close abruptly for no reason and sometimes won’t reopen until the next day. There is literally no urgency which is crazyyyy bc I need these meds to function. The girls at the pharmacy don’t care if you live or die tbh. I feel like I am invisible to them. Also for the amount of times they call/text to remind you about your script they’d want you to get is asap so I don’t really understand the hold up? Just hit service, after having to wait 21 mins(!!!) for something they took them 3 mins. I can’t imagine having this work ethic or etiquette at my job id prob get fired

Do not recommend this store. Bad service and minimum waiting if you need help was 15 mins... happened twice..

Carolyn offering a warm greeting, actively listening to customers' concerns, providing clear explanations about medications, going the extra mile to find a solution to a problem, remembering regular customers by name, proactively offering refill reminders, and educating patients about their medications and potential side effects. Love my Hamilton Blvd Trexlertown Walgreens’s Pharmacy. All my ladies are AWESOME. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just wanted to highlight the professionalism of the staff at Hamilton Ave Walgreens Pharmacy. This review was because of a call I made to them on Friday Oct 25th 2024 in the PM.
First, I have to say that almost every time you call them for assistance, you will most likely be put on hold for a few minutes. They are always busy, and it is ok with me. But when it’s your turn, they will help you out 100% and won’t rush you off the phone. For this particular day, Lei picked up my call and helped me tremendously. I have always had an issue with one of my prescriptions for the past year or so. She stayed on the phone with me for a long time, listening to me and my problem and fixed my issue where I would not have this headache occur again. Thank you for that !!
Reane also surprised me once by calling me by my name as I approached the counter, and I have only interacted with her just a few times. She always has this big smile too.
Vi has helped me out many times as well throughout the year. Shoutouts to Raji, Amanda and possibly others that I may have missed. I hope that I spelled everyone's name correctly.
This staff knows the importance of customer service with a smile, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever...calling several days, several times...no human being answer ever...(Missed my medicine dosis)understaffed pharmacy...I'm changing soon....

If I could give them a zero, I would. The Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. If you are that short staffed...then hire someone. My husband waited on hold more than 30 minutes only to be told he couldn't pick up his medication until the next day. (That's not what the last associate told him a couple days ago.) It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Basic meds are never on hand, it’s a wild goose chase to get your prescription, no one answers the phone & it’s constant confusion within the pharmacy at pick up. Not to mention the pharmacy hours are ABSURD. I can see why Walgreens is bankrupt. I’m transferring to CVS & after being a customer for over 15 years, I will NEVER go back.

I normally prefer walgreens to other pharmacies. During this visit seemed like the person that appeared to be manager on duty was frazzled. He kept asking where employees were. Why weren't they here or there to help customers, when they apparently were where they were suppose to be given the time of day.(suppose to go to pharmacy at 2pm. It was 220 when he was asking) He was asking other employees where his other staff member was. I would think that should be his job to know here they were.
Door of the women's handicap stall had a hole in it where the previous lock was broken out. Paper towel dispenser was broken and the floor was dirty. Other customers asked me questions about items. Previously they found that the pharmacy staff was unable to help them. Other customer ended looking up information online. I walked past 3 different staff members none of which asked if I needed help finding anything. Overall not what I have come to expect when I visit a Walgreens. Would probably not go back to this location.

Rudest pharmacy staff. Expect to be placed on hold without getting to speak a word. Sometime you get please hold with no change to talk or just the sound of someone picking up and putting you on hold. They clearly missed call the points on customer service.

I love my Walgreens The manager always is in a good happy spirits and when he trains people to take over the cash registers I noticed that they have all the same disposition of kindness and making you feel welcomed sometimes it doesn't matter how long I have to wait in line as there are senior citizens that are not as sharp and mobile as some of us so you have to take that into consideration It's a wonderful place to come shop at I've never had a bad experience in the many many years I've been coming hereIn the LehighValley Trexlertown by Chick-fil-A ❤???✌️?✅

If I could give no stars I certainly would! Pharmacy tech Laylani was one of the most rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. I came into store to pick up my prescription and was verbally abused by this woman for asking why I was given the wrong pills due to manufacture issues in which I stated was suppose to be in my chart already but was told it’s a profile not a chart, so she continued yelling and my son interrupted to defend me and she told him to mind his own business! Really!!!! I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years if I ever spoke to a client the way she handled the situation I would have been fired on the spot! I will never have another prescription filled here again!! There is a reason for there 2.1 stars now I know why
