The Wawa on MacArthur in Whitehall by the Highschool is the best. No mischief loitering or panhandling. Nobody asking for a cigarette or a dollar. This Wawa is perfect. Being next to Abe's alcoholic's and people always outside begging for money and cigarettes kills the atmosphere and reputation.

Every time my husband asks the unprofessional person behind the coffee station for more of a certain coffee that's empty, she rolls her eyes, doesn't address him, does every other task possible first and then is passive aggressive when she replaces it. She doesn't acknowledge him as a paying customer. She needs to get out of the service industry if she is miserable when asked to serve someone. Terrible service.

There was a manager who was distracting one of the two people getting orders ready by talking about “being from the hood” and “knowing people”. They kept disappearing into the back area and coming back out while only one male was left to make all of the orders. During that time, the manager kept getting louder, speaking inappropriate mess and not doing anything to assist while the other woman left the are all together. The Manager approached my wife and got really close to her person and commented on her ring, gave me a weird look and walked back to the prep area and was making snide and innapropriate comments about my wife and I being gay and a mixed couple. The fact that this manager assumed I was just white because I’m light skinned was highly disrespectful! Then, our food had been sitting there ready for over 15 minutes before a couple people showed up to help and finally called our order. They are very disrespectful and highly unprofessional. Next time I won’t be filtered and may react to the ignorance, as I too come from the hood and know people!

This place is always over crowded and there is always people in the front of the store asking for money. A person holds the door for you without even asking them and expects you to pay them money after you leave the store. Corporate and management needs to do better controlling that situation. It's pushing away the customers instead of gaining. I go to another location now. It's more safe.

This people that work here are so lazy, never before go to a place to order and they don't have anything in the menu so they don't work. And in top of that is so small can't even walk in there. Pathetic.

All the employees are disrespectful and no help. I was having issues understanding the Wawa application and they just were extremely rude. they forget they work in customer service.

Because it’s Wawa I expected a certain quality. Tonight I am more than disappointed and to be honest this particular Wawa is not managed properly and extremely careless. This is preposterous. The food , the store , the employees it may be time to re staff or close the whole store. More than 10 times in separate cases my order my food the service I’m past my breaking point. I have been a Wawa rewards member for a long time and more than a loyal customer it may not matter to anyone but it does to me . This is upsetting in more ways than one. Please try better
