Wawa in Allentown, PA, is a convenient and popular spot for everyday needs. It offers freshly brewed coffee, built-to-order food, and specialty beverages made with fresh ingredients. Customers enjoy starting their day with a hot breakfast sandwich, grabbing a freshly made hoagie for lunch, or finding dinner options after 4 pm. The store provides a variety of food and drink choices to satisfy different tastes, ensuring quality and satisfaction. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. One customer praised the barista for making one of the best cappuccinos they had ever had, highlighting the good service. The management, especially a manager named Hannah, received high praise for their exceptional customer care. She was helpful and kind, handling issues like ATM problems and account concerns with professionalism and warmth. Customers appreciate staff who treat everyone with friendliness and respect, making visits enjoyable and memorable. However, there are some concerns. A customer noted inappropriate behavior by an employee sitting in the bushes smoking, which is not acceptable, especially in a family-friendly environment. Additionally, ongoing construction has temporarily blocked gas station access, and the parking lot can be difficult to navigate, with the back entrance being the only way in at times. Overall, Wawa offers a clean, convenient place to get grab-and-go items and fresh cooked food. While most stores are well-maintained, a few may need more attention. Despite some challenges, Wawa is known for its good service, fresh food options, and community focus.
My order has been given wrong for two occasions. Instead of the chicken salad, they have given it to me with tuna.

Busy. Full parking lot. Lots of people in line to pay. Felt anxious, would have left but I was with a friend who asked to stop. People left their cars at the gas pump, who pays inside? It's too busy if you need gas, then walk in for a mto.

OMG- don't stop here for the single bathrooms!! The line was out the door to wait for the bathroom. Wawa, why would you build such a beautiful store with such limited bathroom facilities?
