After today will never again come to this Wawa. Ordered then the mobile app missing two items went it was getting help with someone and since the employee confused me with someone else the lady disregarded me and went to the next didn’t even let me say anything. Worst experience at Wawa.

Worst customer service over there feeling like you’re in zoo rude people most of them , their coffee are the worst between noon and afternoon some of the managers friendly but the lady manager is unprofessional at all , one of the girl making ice drinks needs to be trained how to talk with the customers, Egyptian guy is good and willing to help , I give up on my hazelnut coffee because of the taste and the service, moving to iced latte i got tons of ice in my 16 oz cup , they are becoming the worst and they’re losing their customers, I didn’t talk about the parking part ?♂️? time to move another place

My boyfriend went to get me a tuna sandwich and they skipped over his order, my boyfriend told a male worker about the order and the worker told him whatever I'll make it now , my boyfriend also got Materilla sticks, they are all yellow.Even the cheese from the inside is yellow.It seems like they don't change their oil in their fryer or clean it.It was very disgusting

"I was charged $0.75 for avocado spread but didn't receive it. The service was poor, with rude staff who spoke while making sandwiches, spitting on the food. It's disgusting. These employees are ruining Wawa's brand. I won't go there again and strongly advise others not to either. Let this Wawa go bankrupt and close down.

Made an order through app and when I went to pick it up the person working cash register canceled the order and wouldn’t refund me or give me the food. Instead they gave me a number to call.
