We just buried my mother from this funeral home. I was not impressed. It's obvious they need more help (as most businesses do). At the private viewing, we were not pleased at all with my mother's facial appearance. It was disturbing. They did correct this by the funeral. When all was said and done, the death certificates had the wrong birth place, the framed picture of our mother did not have the date of the service correct, it showed 11/11/YY, the page in the book with our mother's information again had the wrong birthplace, but a different one than on the death certificates, the procession to the cemetery on Walbert Avenue was haphazzard (there were no flags on our cars, we were told to just follow them though the red lights), two bouquets of flowers sent from a local flower shop were displayed with the back side to the front, the obituary we submitted to the funeral home for publication had a day error in it (I thought the home would review this for possible errors; obviously, we the family missed it), and finally, at the burial our chairs were lined up on our grandmother's grave which was discomforting (although I was told this is the cemetery's problem, but shouldn't the funeral home have checked on this?). Personally, I could not recommend this funeral home for burial of a loved one. I sincerely hope that our experience with Weber is an aberration and they do a much better job with other families.

I had a great experience with Weber in Allentown with the passing of my mother. They were very informative and sensitive to all that I am going through. Highly recommend.

If I could rate my experience with 10 stars I would. After meeting with other competitors, Jeff alleviated all of my fears and concerns with gentle passion. Another funeral home set a record for the most wrong answers in one conversation. When my mother passed, I was turned over to Michael. He was truly a Godsend. Tony and Ed were great helpers at the services, but Michael went to painstaking lengths to make sure my mother looked her best. He paid attention and patiently accommodated us with every detail, no matter how small. My mother would've been proud of the way she looked, and delighted with the beauty of her send off. Words cannot describe the depth of my gratitude to you, Michael. I will never forget what you did for me, my wife and my entire family.
