Bought a $16 vegan apple pie on 4/2/2025. It was awful, had no flavor at all. After 2 slices it was tossed out. We have been buying Wegmans baked goods since it opened, but the last year or so, the goods have downhill.
Except for the breads, most times very good.
Just my opinion.

Do not recommend their self-serve buffet. Overpriced for what it is. From the Asian section, the rice and noodles are hard and dried out. Their potato wedges and honey bbq wings are so, so they are basically what you'd make from frozen at home. Also, it seems like they say out for hours. We went at 6:20 pm on a Friday. This was not worth the money and will not be getting again.

Can still find some good deals. Selection seems to be not as it was before and some items tend to be out of stock by Tuesday.

Bag Nazi employee wanted to be confrontational with me for having 26 items in the 20 items are less So I completed two different transactions to make sure I had 20 items or less just based off of her interaction super rude and 2 of the items were bags I bought from them to put my expensive groceries in . And the icing on the cake I was the only person in line at the registers. It’s not like she couldn’t watch me scan every item. Disgusting

Food and staff are fantastic. Clientele, not so much. Very pretentious and patronizing to the point I only go here if it is the only place I can get certain things. Cheese counter is to die for.

Terribly understocked most of the time. Quite overpriced, have you seen the price hikes on fruit?!

Sunday full holiday crowd there is 1....1 line open not 20 item or less. 6 employees at customer service shooting crap 3 at end of selves check out (limit 20 now).
Legit worse staffing then walmart for worse prices (and same meat distributor btw)

Good place to shop gets very crowded though, but they have excellent fruits and vegetables and they're prepared. Meals are pretty good also. Definitely recommend it. My only issue is the crowds

Hello, I am Artist Iris. I speak Spanish and English. I am going to describe what happened to me in this supermarket. I was bought. Regularly when I go places I focus on myself and what I need. I was passing by the cheese area and an employee of the place ordered me to leave the place so she could pass. She was wrong, very wrong. Having class, good manners, courtesy, merchant mentality means putting the customer first at all times! I am the one who is spending. You calm down for a moment and wait for me to pass. I am not only a client, I am a public figure and I deserve respect and excellent treatment. That is why I am requesting Wegmans for the sum of $500 because I am not satisfied with the treatment I received at that time and due to the lack of information from the employees. They have to train the staff better is my recommendation. Another thing, I have the receipts for both days saved with me and I know when each one happened, in case you want to do the investigation with the security cameras. That day the lady ordered me to be removed was October 13, 2024 at 11:12 am. Then, the other day I went it was October 16, 2024. At 10:00pm and I asked Dennis a question who was at the self-check on the meaning of #OP 81 when the register had the number 21 and nowhere on the receipt is that number. He replied that he had no idea what that meant and I thanked him and then I went to pay cash for another item at another register and he called me later to come pay for it with him. I responded that I am not a masochist as I really am. You in your position must be aware of what is being done in your position and understand the receipt to explain it to the customer. That's what it's about. So I consider that if you don't understand something as simple as the receipt then you can't help me, because I ask questions. I look at the date, I look at the articles, everything to summarize. So at that moment I rejected his offer and waited to be served by someone else. I was not rude I consider, yes I am realistic. People want to make money very easily. It's enough. In order to make money I have to plan excessively and I like to do it. My professional career is about that but I pay a lot of attention to everything I do and that's why I have a lot of money. I am attentive to everything.
