Redner's now uses an online Shopping/delivery service called SHIPT. being a senior with medical limitations I gave it a try. Following is my note to Redners/SHIPT service: My husband and I are both 70+ with extreme health issues. Going to the grocery was very difficult and we needed to seek out scattered benches to sit down every 10 minutes or so. Unpacking the car and carrying in groceries took forever. We carried in a small load and had to sit to catch our breath before getting more. I noticed on my stores weekly email flyer that they had your service. I had never heard of this before! About a month ago I tried a small test order to see how it worked. I was surprised to receive a text from our shopper (Kacyann) introducing herself and keeping me posted as she shopped. Giving me info on out of stock items and choices to substitute!! She was amazing!! Next thing I knew she had everything on my porch!! Then 2 days ago I had a very sizeable order and our shopper again introduced herself and again she was amazing!! We could not have been happier! The small fee was definitely worth it as it saved us so much stress and literal agony. We have no family here to help us and your company made us feel human again!! I thank you so much!!! I did leave tip on check out, plus I added a little cash on arrival. I was just so happy! Keep up the great work and hiring such wonderful shoppers!

Love this store. Supermarkets have it very tough with the conronavirus situation right now. This store is dealing with it VERY well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.
